The RV saga continues with the election cycle and the pullback on it due to the conflict with Iran. We are now hearing of a parliamentary session scheduled for April 11th. There are still some blocks in Kurdistan that do not agree on a candidate for president. How will this effect Saturday’s session? Also the nominee for prime minister is still not certain. Let’s watch and see what they do this Saturday April 11th. Also a two-week ceasefire is in effect in Iran. What will come out of this….probably nothing, as usual. Let’s keep an eye on this too.

STATUS OF THE RV
As you listen to the upfront audio from today’s Newsletter you hear the song ‘It’s All About the Bass’. I am using it of course to make a point in that it’s all about the SECURITY and STABILITY. Then ‘oops they said it again’ and so we must learn from what they tell us especially when it comes from Salih, the finance advisor, on the economy and then from Washington on the security issues with Iraq. Are you listening? How many times must they tell us?
So, it was really easy to tie every news article today out of Iraq to either one of these two issues of STABILITY or SECURITY. Do you really believe these intel guru idiots on the internet that tell you every week that you will wake up rich the next day? Are you that stupid? Yes, it’s been over two decades of stupidity already….
I am not saying that there is not a near future potential of getting the reinstatement but first things first. In the current news we see some tid bits of the current situation from Iraq and how it effects the stability and security. There is some good news and some bad news. The good news is in fact VERY GOOD news. Let’s all take a peek at the article titled “THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CHAIRS A MEETING TO IMPLEMENT THE ASYCUDA SYSTEM IN KURDISTAN AND UNIFY CUSTOMS PROCEDURES.” In it we learn that the Finance Minister Taif Sami chaired a meeting on Wednesday (April 8, 2026) to implement the ASYCUDA system in Kurdistan and unify customs procedures. 😊
The ministry said in a statement that “Finance Minister Taif Sami today chaired an expanded meeting to discuss the draft agreement for implementing the ASYCUDA customs automation system in the Kurdistan Region, in implementation of the directives of the Ministerial Council for Economy in its session held on April 6, 2026.”
So, we learn today that the Kurdistan region implementation is the last phase in a fully integrated ASYCUDA system throughout Iraq. WOW! WOW! WOW! What does this mean for the future revenue stream for Iraq GOI? Sounds like they are going to complete it in 2026. WOW! Again, I will add that the Iraqi finance committee told us years ago that if they could properly manage the Customs and Tariff revenues this could rival the oil revenues and thus would move Iraq off the rentier economy (95% petro dollar) looks like the economy is on its way to a higher level, the next level (as they say in Iraq) of economic STABILITY. Nice! Remember all the objections to the implementation of ASYCUDA when they initially began rolling it out? Why was this? Well, we learned from that too that there is resistance in all directions not to move Iraq ahead as the same kind of stupid resistance we find in the U.S. too of anything good for the citizens from the democrat so-called progressive liberals who want to keep the same old, same old corruption schemes going and not Make America Great Again (MAGA). Yes, there are lots of similarities between the two countries and what is going on. One must wonder is it the same dark entities behind it all working in the background? It is a constant uphill battle for both nations to fight these dark, corrupt entities pushing us back.

😊Let’s next take a peek at the interesting article titled “4 REASONS BEHIND THE STABILITY OF EXCHANGE RATES IN IRAQ”.
The Prime Minister’s financial advisor, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, confirmed on Thursday that the stability of exchange rates and the decline in inflationary pressures in Iraq are due to four interconnected factors that supported the local market despite the disruption of global supply chains, particularly through the Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz . Saleh said, in a statement followed by Al-Sa’a Network,:
1.that “the first factor is the availability of high stocks of durable goods,
2.while the second is related to the state’s ability to secure a strategic reserve of food basket items and enhance food security.”
3.He added that “the third factor is the high level of government support, which includes fuel, food baskets and public services, in addition to the role of cooperative stores in absorbing price pressures.”
4.He pointed out that “the fourth factor lies in the efficiency of foreign reserves in financing private sector trade, with the exchange rate stabilizing at around 1,320 dinars to the dollar, and the high level of banking and commercial compliance, which helped to accelerate foreign transfers and ensure the smooth flow of imports.”
He explained that “the combination of these factors contributed to consolidating economic stability and reducing fluctuations in prices and the exchange market, within integrated financial, monetary and trade policies led by the government.”
I particularly liked this article in today’s news. We all know the reinstatement timing depends on STABILITY and SECURITY. So, is Iraq economically stable after reading this article from Salih? Yes, Salih surely confirmed on Thursday that Iraq is economically stable even in the midst of the Iranian conflict and all the turbulance in the middle east these days. This news is telling us yet more signs that they can make it through a disaster by having a stable economy, something that the CBI, US and IMF demand that have prior to the reinstatement of the dinar. This was wonderful news for us today!
Now with the bad news….
So, we all should know by now the Iranian-backed factions and the PMF must be expelled from Iraq. There is no room for these armed factions in Iraq under the new Trump economic plan for Iraq. How would he convince major US corporations to go into Iraq with any uncertainty they could lose their entire investment? The Iraqi military are afraid to confront the armed factions.
I find it necessary to differentiate between the armed factions, which are terrorists organizations such as Hezbollah and Hamas inside Iraq, to the People Mobilization Forces (PMF), which are freedom fighters wanting to go home and were drafted into the military Kud forces to fight ISIS in 2004. They never left Iraq since 2004. The terrorist infiltrated into Iraq just in the last few years. The terrorists fight under a cult-like Islamic brainwashing ideology to control Iraq. So, there is hope for the PMF to join the ranks of the Iraqi armed forces but not the terrorists that is the difference. I personally believe the US will have to take some action eventually to do dismiss the terrorists probably just after the Iranian conflict is over and the Islamic Iranian regime no longer exists. We can see the writing is on the wall with these two articles today:
If we read the first article titled “IRAN URGES IRAQ AND KURDISTAN REGION TO EXPEL KURDISH OPPOSITION PARTIES AFTER WASHINGTON–TEHRAN CEASEFIRE” we get a sense of where these Iranian terrorists organizations are coming from in their attitude towards Iraq. I quote – “Iran has called on Iraqi authorities and the Kurdistan Region to expel Iranian Kurdish opposition parties, accusing them of cooperating with the United States and Israel, just hours after a two-week ceasefire was announced between Tehran and its adversaries.”
In a statement issued Wednesday, “the Iranian Consulate General in Erbil alleged that “Kurdish opposition groups had been working with U.S. and Israeli military and intelligence agencies against Iran”. The statement cited recent remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump as evidence of what it described as “secret cooperation” between these groups and foreign powers. Tehran urged both Baghdad and Erbil to take immediate action, saying it was “the appropriate time” to prosecute and remove the groups, which it accused of espionage.”
So there is proof that is it direct Iranian influence over Iraq. Who the hell is Iran anyhow to go telling Iraq how to run Iraq? Another sign of the proxy Iranian state they thought they had all sewn up already. And they blame the US and Israel as foreign interventionist. Really, seriously? Seriously, you want what… after the Iranian backed factions stationed in Iraq have carried out multiple attacks on US interest inside Iraq. Even when negotiating with the US on the two week cease fire the Iranian regime are crazy people and keep going back to their same old demands, which is basically the US military pulling out and leaving them alone. They seriously believe they will continue their dark reign over the middle east and other regions of the world. Not going to happen this time! The factions attacking US interests in Iraq only makes the situation worse and proves what president Trump has been saying all along☹. President Trump is giving Iran every opportunity to surrender peacefully and not to destroy the entire infrastructure of Iran, which is on the table if they don’t. Remember he said ‘hell’ in coming to Iran.)
The second article also identifies more culprits from Iranian backed groups working inside Iraq. It is titled “WASHINGTON BLAMES BAGHDAD: YOU FAILED TO PREVENT ATTACKS AGAINST US… DISBAND THE FACTIONS IMMEDIATELY.“
The US State Department summoned the Iraqi ambassador to Washington, Nizar Khairallah, on Thursday to condemn attacks by Iranian-backed armed groups on diplomatic facilities and US interests launched from Iraqi territory. According to a statement issued by the US State Department, translated by Shafaq News Agency, Deputy Secretary Christopher Landau summoned the Iraqi Ambassador to Washington, Nizar Khairallah, to express the US government’s strong condemnation of the attacks targeting its interests launched from Iraqi territory.
We all should know by now the holdup in completing the election cycle in Iraq. So, what is the holdup? I have tried to explain what is coming from Iraq itself as realistic proof rather than just my opinion. So in today’s news we find an update on the election in the article titled “THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY: THE WAR IS DELAYING AGREEMENT ON A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE.” So we learn there is still no agreement between the two Kurdish parties yet on a candidate for the presidency, and negotiations have stopped because of the war,” indicating that “stopping the war will provide an opportunity to renegotiate and agree on a candidate for the president and prime minister.”
I quote from the article, “The disagreement is not limited to the President of the Republic, but there is also disagreement on the Prime Minister,” calling on “all political blocs to agree on the position of President of the Republic and Prime Minister in order to form a strong government capable of meeting the challenges.” We must not let our guard down with Nori al-Maliki resurging either into the spotlight again. This guy is a snake and will squirm his way back if he can. He is probably dreaming of a way right now to get back his nomination for prime minister. My only hope is that lessons learned about this snake will be taken seriously and he will somehow find his destiny behind bars and the guts of the GOI to prosecute him for all his crimes as prime minister. Remember as it stands now without any position in the government resulting from the 2025 election, he is wide open for prosecution without immunity and he knows it. Will he at least make a bargain with al-Sudani to get a cabinet position if he supports him? I firmly believe he will try this maneuver but will it succeed? Does Al-Sudani even need his support?

We must all keep vigilant in our daily prayers for Iraq and the RV. Let’s not forget to pray for our soldiers, marines, airmen and sailors too that may be fighting to free the Iranian people and the world from the grip of the dark forces of the wicked Islamic ideology from Iran. Remember that God told Kim Clement in many prophetic words that the Iraqi dinar is going to bring help for the poor and needy. Did God mean us investors would someday exchange our dinar in an RV and them do all these humanitarian projects most of us promised we would do? Pray, Pray and Pray some more. We are nearing the end to this RV saga and global corruption as the prophets tell us we are on the verge of the final stage to God’s plan to fix it.

If you remember the prophetic words from the ‘Phoenix Rising’ prophecy by Mary Summer Rain published in 1986 you will see that much of what No-Eyes told her is now being fulfilled. Yes, it is amazing this Native American knew all this for the future.

The ministry said in a statement that “Finance Minister Taif Sami today chaired an expanded meeting to discuss the draft agreement for implementing the ASYCUDA customs automation system in the Kurdistan Region, in implementation of the directives of the Ministerial Council for Economy in its session held on April 6, 2026.”
She added that “the meeting was attended by the Director General of the Federal Customs Authority, the Director General of the Regional Customs and his assistant, the advisor to the Regional Interior Minister, the head of the Information Technology Department there, the Director of the Legal Department at the Federal Customs Authority, in addition to a team of experts from the UNCTAD International Organization.”
During the meeting, the minister stressed “the need to take into account the laws within the ASYCUDA system and to identify all legal conflicts between the two sides in order to harmonize them and obtain official approvals regarding them.”
The statement indicated that “it was agreed to form the ASYCUDA team for the region to be part of the unified national team, with an emphasis on completing all the system requirements by the companies concerned in the region and accurately defining the powers and responsibilities of each party to ensure the smooth flow of work.”
He continued, “In the context of strengthening the technical aspects, Minister Sami directed that a Kurdish language interface be provided within the system and adopted in the forms during actual implementation, similar to the Arabic and English languages, to ensure ease of use.
The agreement also included launching a comprehensive training program in which the national team will train the staff working on the system in the region, ensuring raising technical efficiency and unifying customs administration standards in all border crossings.”

MP Danar Abdul Ghaffar, from the Kurdistan Democratic Party bloc, confirmed on Thursday that the two Kurdish parties have not yet agreed on a candidate for the presidency, while calling for a political agreement on the positions of the presidency and the prime minister in order to form a strong government capable of facing the challenges .

The US State Department summoned the Iraqi ambassador to Washington, Nizar Khairallah, on Thursday to condemn attacks by Iranian-backed armed groups on diplomatic facilities and US interests launched from Iraqi territory.
According to a statement issued by the US State Department, translated by Shafaq News Agency, Deputy Secretary Christopher Landau summoned the Iraqi Ambassador to Washington, Nizar Khairallah, to express the US government’s strong condemnation of the attacks targeting its interests launched from Iraqi territory.
According to the statement, the US State Department spokesman said that Washington condemned what it described as “horrific terrorist attacks” carried out by pro-Iranian factions, noting that among them was an ambush targeting American diplomats in Baghdad on April 8.
The spokesman added that these attacks come after “hundreds of attacks” in recent weeks targeting American citizens, diplomatic facilities and business interests, as well as neighboring countries and Iraqi institutions and civilians, including in the Kurdistan Region.
He noted that his country, while praising the efforts of the Iraqi security forces in countering these attacks, believes that the Iraqi government “failed to prevent them,” pointing out that some entities linked to the government are still providing “political, financial and operational cover” for those factions, which negatively affects relations between the two countries.
The spokesman stressed that the United States would not tolerate attacks on its interests, calling on the Iraqi government to take immediate action to dismantle Iranian-linked armed groups within Iraq.
(Mnt Goat: If these Iranian backed militia wanted to stay in Iraq they certainly are not following Iraqi foreign policy towards the US. Why would the US not want Iraq to rid them of these factions? This is exactly why president Trump wants them out of Iraq. They are interfering with foreign policy and trying to manipulate and control Iraq. Again we know this is one of the ‘hot items’ that must be completed prior to the reinstatement. This is a MANDATORY not, not negotiable optional.)

FINANCIAL ADVISOR WARNS: LACK OF BUDGET HINDERS ECONOMIC REFORMS
The Prime Minister’s financial advisor, Mazhar Muhammad Saleh, announced on Thursday that a proposal had been submitted to avoid delaying the approval of the budget, noting that delaying the approval of the budget would lead to a number of negative effects.
Saleh said in a statement to the official agency, which was followed by “Video News Agency” that “the failure to approve the general budget, whether it is related to the financial schedules for 2025 within the three-year budget law, or the budget for 2026, leaves a number of negative effects.”
He explained that “among the most prominent of these effects is the disruption of new investment projects and the slowdown in the implementation of existing projects, as a result of the lack of necessary financial allocations, in addition to the government resorting to the temporary spending rule (1/12 of a previous budget) based on the amended Financial Management Law No. (6) of 2019, which restricts the ability to expand spending or launch new programs.”
He added that “this negatively impacts economic growth rates and raises unemployment rates, in addition to weakening investor confidence due to the lack of clarity in financial policies, as well as the delay in implementing economic and administrative reforms,” noting that “to avoid a recurrence of this situation in the future, there is a proposal to adopt multi-year budgets with greater legislative flexibility, which reduces reliance on annual approval, with the need to strengthen the legal framework for financial management to ensure adherence to budget approval timelines, as well as to neutralize political disputes from the budget approval process.”
He explained that “diversifying revenue sources and strengthening the role of regulatory institutions contribute to supporting financial stability and accelerating the process of approving the general budget.”
Regarding how to absorb the burdens of the past two years, Saleh stated that “this requires preparing a flexible budget based on rearranging priorities, including previous commitments within the new allocations, improving spending efficiency, as well as the possibility of resorting to well-considered borrowing and strengthening the partnership with the private sector.”
(Mnt Goat: So, Again, they talk about STABILITY. Yes, Iraq needs a consistent way to form the budget (which they have already) and then to implement it (which they don’t yet have) ).

IRAN URGES IRAQ AND KURDISTAN REGION TO EXPEL KURDISH OPPOSITION PARTIES AFTER WASHINGTON–TEHRAN CEASEFIRE
Iran has called on Iraqi authorities and the Kurdistan Region to expel Iranian Kurdish opposition parties, accusing them of cooperating with the United States and Israel, just hours after a two-week ceasefire was announced between Tehran and its adversaries.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the Iranian Consulate General in Erbil alleged that “Kurdish opposition groups had been working with U.S. and Israeli military and intelligence agencies against Iran”. The statement cited recent remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump as evidence of what it described as “secret cooperation” between these groups and foreign powers.
Tehran urged both Baghdad and Erbil to take immediate action, saying it was “the appropriate time” to prosecute and remove the groups, which it accused of espionage.
The demand comes despite a prior security agreement reached between Iran, Iraq, and the Kurdistan Region following the 2022 anti-government protests in Iran. Under that deal, Kurdish opposition factions were to be disarmed, relocated away from border areas, and restricted in their activities.
Before the recent conflict escalated on February 28, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) had already carried out repeated drone and missile strikes against Kurdish opposition bases in the Kurdistan Region. Those attacks intensified during the broader confrontation involving Iran, the United States, and Israel.
According to data compiled by Peregraf Media, more than 650 drones and missiles have struck locations across the Kurdistan Region since the conflict began. At least 16 people — including Iranian Kurdish opposition fighters, Kurdistan Region Peshmerga, and security personnel — have been killed, while around 70 others have been wounded.
One of the deadliest incidents occurred on March 24, when Iranian ballistic missiles hit KRG military positions in two waves. Targets included headquarters of the 7th Infantry Division and a unit of the 5th Infantry Division. At least seven Peshmerga fighters were killed and around 30 wounded in that attack alone.
(Mnt Goat: Who the hell is Iran to tell Iraq how to run their country? And they blame the US and Israel as foreign intervention. Really, seriously? Seriously, you want what… after the Iranian backed factions stationed in Iraq have carried out multiple attacks on US interest inside Iraq. Even when negotiating with the US on the two week cease fire the Iranian regime are crazy people and keep going back to their same old demands, which is basically the US military pulling out and leaving them alone. They seriously believe they will continue their dark reign over the middle east and other regions of the world. Not going to happen this time! The factions attacking US interests in Iraq only makes the situation worse and proves what president Trump has been saying all along☹. President Trump is giving Iran every opportunity to surrender peacefully and not to destroy the entire infrastructure of Iran, which is on the table if they don’t. Remember he said ‘hell’ in coming to Iran.)
