The RV saga continues with the election cycle. We still see some reluctance from the Coordination Framework to still deny Al-Sudani of a second term. Can his coalition work around this and get enough support? We must keep asking WHY don;t they easily accept al-Sudani? Heck… all the news we have been reading says he was very successful in supporting all the reforms, the Customs and Tariffs implementation and his pet projects were the port of Faw and the Development Road. Iraq seemly progressed to a new level of prosperity in just his time in office. Oh… but could it be he promised the U.S. he would deal with the Iranian militia inside Iraq? Could it be he progressed Iraq and not help the corruption steady money flows to Iran? Could this be what doomed his next term? Of course, we all know the Coordination Framework is working for the Iranian proxy government and not the people of Iraq. We especially see this because Al-Sudani did win the popular vote from the Nov 2025 election.

STATUS OF THE RV

I want to say I wish everyone is having a prayerful Holy Week and Passover. And then a nice Easter Sunday or what some call “Resurrection Sunday”, which is it.  

The news today evolved around two main articles. Let’s take a peak at the first one titled “POWERFUL FORCES ARE SEARCHING FOR ALTERNATIVES TO MALIKI, AND THE SUDANESE ALLIANCE IS PROPOSING TWO OPTIONS FOR THE PREMIERSHIP”. Some of the active forces within the Coordination Framework are still looking for a candidate to replace Nouri al-Maliki for the position of the next government. While the Framework confirmed its rejection of renewing the mandate of the outgoing Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, from the Reconstruction and Development Alliance. Currently these are the top two contenders. Will a third contender be exposed? What is this third contender like?

The source told Shafaq News Agency that “some of the active forces within the framework are studying a group of names of candidates for the premiership due to the lack of agreement among the framework’s components on a specific candidate after the American veto on the leader of the State of Law Coalition, Nouri al-Maliki. He pointed out that in “the coming days we will witness intensive activity and continuous meetings to agree on a specific figure acceptable to everyone after vetting the names that will be put forward by some of the influential forces.”

According to the information, “if” (remember this is an “if”) it becomes impossible to pass Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani for a second term, the Reconstruction and Development bloc, which is led by the current Prime Minister, will likely put forward the head of the Reconstruction and Development parliamentary bloc, Bahaa Al-Araji, as an alternative to Al-Sudani, especially since he was a deputy prime minister in a previous government.” So, who is Bahaa al-Araji?

Bahaa Araji was a member of the Iraqi National Assembly until 2014. He served as Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs from September 2014 to August 2015. He resigned from his deputy position among accusations of corruption. He is a spokesman for the United Iraqi Alliance. He was a member of the committee that drafted the Constitution of Iraq.

Parliament has set a non-extendable date for the session to name the President of the Republic. After the President of the Republic chooses, the latter will task the framework’s nominee for prime minister to form the government. Currently the Reconstruction and Development have no nominee other than Al-Sudani to head the government again, as he achieved success in managing the government. Yes, there are not a lot of great politicians in Iraq that can work hard to bring success to Iraq. This is another reason for the delay. There is no one other person that stands out so much. It is not even sure that Bahaa Araji is acceptable enough.

Take a peak at article titled “MP: THE SESSION TO ELECT THE PRESIDENT IS NOT YET DECIDED, AND POSTPONEMENT IS POSSIBLE”. I quote from the article “Former MP, Arif Al-Hamami, confirmed on Tuesday that the session scheduled for April 11 to elect the President of the Republic has not yet been decided, noting that setting the date came as a result of initial understandings that have not reached the stage of final confirmation”.

As the Aprill 11^th date nears for the proposed session of parliament we are seeing that t his session may be postponed again due selecting an acceptable candidate for prime minister. How much longer is this going to go on? It is well over 4 months already. Is there a flaw in this election process? Can you see it too?

The second main article, thus issue in the news, is titled “PRIME MINISTER’S ADVISOR: THREE-PRONGED PLAN TO SECURE SALARIES AMID GLOBAL CHALLENGES”. The Prime Minister’s financial advisor, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, confirmed on Tuesday that the current policy guarantees the continuation of salaries and social welfare grants, while identifying three main sources to ensure the sustainability of salaries and social spending.

Saleh says and I quote –“that the sustainability of monthly expenditures for salaries, wages, pensions, and social welfare allowances, in light of the current economic challenges and global fluctuations due to geopolitical risks, is a top priority, and depends on three main sources of revenue”. Remember that just years ago Iraq could not claim three sources of revenue as only one revenue stream of ‘petro-dollars” could be generated. We have read article after article on how Iraq must diversify and create other streams of revenue. Today learn of success in this area of diversification. Let’s revue these sources:  

1.“the first source is maximizing non-oil revenues, as ensuring the liquidity of collecting these revenues is achieved by intensifying approved electronic payment methods, which enhances the state’s own financial resources and reduces total dependence on oil revenues.” We have seen this with the collection of the Customs and Tariffs. The implementation of the WTO ASYCUNDA System. Remember that they told us this revenue stream if implemented correctly and collected to the national treasury could rival the oil revenues.  

2.“the second source is expanding the base of crude oil and petroleum product exports. This policy includes using traditional export channels whenever possible, including land and sea transport through neighboring countries, according to current global oil prices, which have seen an increase of nearly 70% compared to their levels before the outbreak of tensions in the Gulf and Middle East region.”  We have witnessed this move reading many news reports of expanding pipelines. We also witnessed refineries being built inside Iraq exporting by-products of oil outside Iraq. Iraq also is becoming less and less dependent on importing refined gasolene from Iran. Oh… so years ago was the US already planning strategies on how to deal with the Iranian nuclear threat and thus lessen the effect on Iraq?  

3.“the third source of revenue is to follow a pattern of targeted quantitative easing policies, with monetary and fiscal coordination, where coordination between monetary and fiscal policy is intensified, and this coordination is supported by efficient foreign exchange reserves, to ensure the stability of the national economy and the sustainability of public social spending, including the payment of salaries, pensions and social welfare allowances without any interruption.” (in other words budget appropriately and don’t go into debt)

Saleh concluded by saying: “The continuation of these integrated policies guarantees the protection of monthly job income, enhances economic and social stability in the country, and makes Iraq capable of facing global financial and economic shocks efficiently and effectively.” Why is this important to us and the RV?

Remember that this is exactly what the IMF had told Iraq needed to happen in their consultation session review – Salaries have to be paid on time and consistently! This is part of the progression towards the dinar being reinstated and had to take place. I know that due to the Iranian conflict there has been a delay getting the salaries out to Kurdistan region but they are telling us this is a temporary delay and not a financial issue and this article alone says there is plenty of funds for up to 6 months to pay salaries in times of emergencies, if needed.

UPDATE ON THE IRANIAN CONFLICT

😊 Now a change of topic and so let’s take look at the conflict with Iran. In the article titled “TRUMP: WE WILL LEAVE IRAN WITHIN WEEKS AND A NEW REGIME IS NOW IN POWER IN TEHRAN.” We learn that US President Donald Trump confirmed on Wednesday (April 1, 2026) that US forces will leave Iranian territory within a period of two to three weeks, stressing that Washington is now dealing – as he put it – with “more moderate and rational Iranian leaders.”  In an interview with ABC News, Trump said that “a complete regime change has taken place in Iran, and the current US administration is negotiating with a new, more rational group,” noting that “Iran’s departure will directly impact lower energy prices.”

SUMMARY:

And so this is the main news for this period to report. It seems we could see some movement for the completion of the Iraqi election in April and the US and Israel ending this military action against Iran. April and May could be interesting months to watch. We know the CBI has told us that they fully intend to move on down the road on the currency reform, but the elections and Iranian conflict is holding them back. This is not a good time of stability and with the militia (as we can see they are attacking US forces within Iraq) as there are security issues to deal with. Remember that Iraq needs a high level of STABILITY and SECURITY to reinstate.

As far as the election goes, right now the main holdup is selecting a candidate for the prime minister that they know can be accepted by all parties or at least the majority. There will be a vote in parliament to ratify the selected candidate.

What will happen to Iran in the near future? As we see the US government has told us there is not a more reasonable leaders in place. We will only see by their actions in the near future just how reasonable they really are or if they are playing the US as fools again. I surely am praying that a new regime that respects all life and freedom to its people is in place. Also, one that does not seek to build weapons of mass destruction anymore or to follow some strict Islamic ideology of controlling the world. Yes, follow our ideology or suffer the consequences.

The analogy I must make is from WWII when the German Army was moving towards the attack of France in a well-planned deception call the Fall Gelb (Case Yellow) operations. The German armored units advanced through the Ardennes, a heavily wooded land. It was thought no armor units would dare attack through these forests. However, the French arial surveillance spotted the entire armor columns, support vehicles and army troop movements as they advanced with miles and miles of equipment and supply chain. They were helpless to maneuver as they could in normal battle conditions due the dense forests. The French caught them by surprise. But there is a very sad ending….

The French aerial bombings at the time could have easily taken out the entire German army and avoided the attack had it not been for traitors. This story is not well exposed in history books because it does not want to expose the corrupt French allies. Many historians even go so far as to say it would have ended the war right then and there. However, traitors within the French military did not conduct the bombings and held back any attacks on these advancing German forces. They had these Germans, the main attack force on France, in a very vicarious situation so say the least. We know the rest of the story.

I compare this scary situation WWII to what is now happening in Iran because sometimes we don’t learn from the past and continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. Are we making a mistake now again with Iran. Are we making these mistakes simply because of the unwillingness to risk the midterm U.S. elections? After all going to war does not look good for Trump. Do they even teach accurate history anymore in schools? Are there traitors in the US and Israel military now maybe doing the same repeat of a bit of WWII history by not finishing off Iran and leaving them with too much of their weaponry or ability to come back and regroup and fight again? I know we must also learn from Iraq too and not destabilize the region with leaving Iran totally helpless either. It’s all a matter of the leadership left behind after the U.S. pulls out.

Can Iran have the capability to begin enrichment of Uranian again in the near future? What happened to the already 60% enriched Uranium? Did the U.S. or Israel capture it or did Iran move it out of Iran before the US’s first bunker buster bombs hit the underground facilities. These all questions unanswered to the general public we ought to know. Will Trump as least want the Iranians to pay for the hundreds of billions of dollars spent so far on this conflict?

These prophecies are more important now more than ever. They give us the strength, perseverance and hope that a better time is coming and that God’s Hand is at work behind the scenes. If you just take a second even to look around you at these past three election cycles, how can you deny that God is at work? Are you sleeping or what?

It is amazing and there is no other way that these events could have happened the way they turned out. But there is more to come, much, much more, I assure you! Now that God has his biblical David re-elected, we need to pay attention to what He does next.

NOTE: These prophecies just keep getting better and better, giving us HOPE of a brighter future. But the real reason why I listen to them is that we can actually see what God says He will do is taking place right in front of our noses. It is a confirmation to me that God is real and is still with us forever just as in biblical times.

Executive order 14189 now allows military tribunals and courts to be used on civilians for cases that involve TREASON, TRAFFICIING or ESPIONAGE.

Al-Hamami indicated that “next week will witness a series of important meetings in Baghdad between various political forces,” noting that “these meetings may lead to outcomes that push towards greater consensus regarding the April 11th session, including the forces of the Coordination Framework, in preparation for electing the President of the Republic and tasking the candidate of the largest bloc.”

IN A MYSTERIOUS MISSION, AL-HALBOUSI DISAPPEARS FROM SIGHT AND LEAVES THE COUNTRY.

A source in Anbar province revealed on Tuesday that Mohammed al-Halbousi, head of the Progress Alliance, has disappeared from public view amid reports suggesting he has traveled abroad on a mission whose details remain unclear.

The source told Al-Maalomah News Agency that “al-Halbousi left Anbar for Jordan to meet with senior Jordanian officials, in the presence of American officials and leaders from the former Ba’ath Party. His trip is expected to include visits to Turkey and Gulf states to discuss the formation of a new government aligned with the Trump administration.”

The source added that “al-Halbousi held secret and unannounced talks with officials in the Trump administration and Gulf states before heading to Jordan, without disclosing the results,” noting that his movements were characterized by complete secrecy. The source explained that “influential figures in the central government were aware in advance of al-Halbousi’s visit to establish a long-term political partnership with the United States, the Gulf states, Turkey, and Jordan,” confirming that al-Halbousi traveled overland from Anbar via the Trebil border crossing.

This visit coincided with Israeli-American bombing of Anbar cities, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of security personnel and civilians, adding further ambiguity to the timing and purpose of the mission.

(So, let’s get the last statement correct. The Israeli-American bombing of Anbar cities was on the Iranian factions inside Iraq, posing as militia left over from ISIS. These were not Iraqi security personnel. This was done because they sent missiles into Kurdistan military bases holding American troops. This is why these militia are so dangerous to leave inside Iraq. They must be removed. After this incident I don’t know why the politicians in Iraq can’t clearly see what is happening.)
