The deadlock over the Maliki candidate for prime minister is finally over but he persists in his tactics to try to block any other candidate, in spite of all his lies that he would support. He is so desperate for power and control. He still sees it may be possible and is reaching for it again, even if it hurts Iraq. He hopes to overturn the vote in parliament, then backtrack later to get renominated out of desperation. Oh… he is one slick, sick slimy, dark person.

STATUS OF THE RV
Here we sit still waiting for the RV. With over four weeks of Iranian bombings and still continuing we find that Iran has basically rejected the U.S. offer to end the hostilities. Why? There was a fifteen-point offer on the table put forth to Iran that expires tomorrow 3/27. If not accepted, the U.S. administration tends to then move to the next phase of military operations which is the destruction of power plants. If you notice there is a plan, a phased approach giving Iran time to surrender before each new phase kicks in. As each new phase moves ahead it is more and more devastating and destructive to their infrastructure. The intent of the U.S. is NOT to destroy the infrastructure as done in Iraq, as rebuilding it afterwards takes time and money. Meanwhile it is the civilian population that suffers the most from it.
The best I can do is give you a series of articles as this information hits the news media. With this progressive set of articles presented today, we get a sense of a timeline in this overall plan. Remember that first comes the seriousness to negotiate then, if rejected by Iran, the military hammer is hit on Iran. All these articles are included in full in the Newsletter today. I am just giving enough of a summary for you to follow what the hell is going on.
Please see the article titled “TRUMP: TALKS WITH IRAN ARE SERIOUS AND WE HAVE 15 POINTS FOR AN AGREEMENT”. US President Donald Trump confirmed that the US talks with Iran were serious and took place with the participation of Wittkopf and Kushner, describing those talks as exemplary. Trump said the dispute would be resolved if the anticipated talks between the two sides were successful, indicating that Iran was seeking an agreement with the United States and that Washington shared this position, while also revealing plans to hold a meeting with Iranian officials in the near future.
So, these talks turned out to be unsuccessful so far as we see in the news article titled “TRUMP: WE HAD GOOD TALKS WITH IRAN TO FIND A COMPLETE SOLUTION TO THE WAR”. I quote from the article – “US President Donald Trump announced on Monday that the United States and Iran had held very good and productive talks over the past two days regarding a complete resolution of hostilities in the Middle East. He indicated that these in-depth and constructive talks would continue throughout the week, and instructed the Department of Defense to postpone all military strikes against Iranian power plants and infrastructure for five days, subject to the success of the ongoing meetings and discussions.”
Next, we see evidence that the 15 point proposal has been rejected by Tehran in the article titled “Urgent Just In…….. TEHRAN REJECTED THE AMERICAN PROPOSAL TO END THE WAR”
Iranian state television, quoting an unnamed official, reported Wednesday that Iran has rejected the proposed US peace plan to end the nearly month-long war. The English-language state television channel Press TV reported, “Iran reacted negatively to the American proposal to end the war. An Iranian official, speaking to the channel on condition of anonymity, explained, “The war will end when Iran decides to end it, not when Trump decides to do so.”
Again, we are seeing the arrogance of what is left of the Iranian regime. This is what got them into trouble in the first place and will be their demise. But we ask after over a month already how much longer will this drag on?
Okay so tomorrow is the end of the deadline and so what phase will kick in next we see in the headlines of article titled “TRUMP: YOU WILL SOON KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN REGARDING THE WARNING TO THE IRANIAN POWER PLANTS, AND THE RESULT WILL BE VERY GOOD; THERE WILL BE TOTAL DESTRUCTION OF IRAN”. Donald Trump told Israel’s Channel 13 that the coming days will reveal what will happen regarding the warning issued to power plants in Iran, stressing that “the result will be very good.” Trump added that there would be “total destruction of Iran,” considering that it would “work very well,” as he put it.
He criticized the role of NATO, saying that the alliance’s member states “are doing nothing,” describing this as “very unfortunate.” He noted that Iran “has been bad for 47 years,” adding that it is now “getting the punishment it deserves,” according to his statements.
I suspect the bombings of the powerplants to begin on Saturday. This will bring this conflict to new lever.
Meanwhile we learn in the news of other strategic areas that are going to be bombed and very likely even occupied by US troops as the slowly maneuver and conduct covert operations in these areas once the power grid is off. Please see article titled “NOT IRAQ”: REPORT WARNS AGAINST ANY US GROUND OPERATION IN IRAN”. It is likely that “limited and specialized operations” targeting specific facilities will be used in Iran.
We can’t deny that this middle eastern conflict will escalate once U.S. ground troops are deployed however we should NOT compare these operations with the past invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan. Don’t let these past wars mess your thinking. Yes, all ground operations with troops pose certain risks. President Trump is risking everything too, and maybe even votes in the midterms for his party.
But the job must be done and completed. That is the real goal. Decades of terrorism by Iranian backed proxies and nuclear destruction is no longer an option to fool around with. It is time for this insanity to end. It is unfortunate it will take more force to end these terrorist entities. We also need to remember what God has told us through his prophets of what will be the outcome of midterms and how this outcome will come about. We should not be fearful and just do our part in voting in the midterms. You do your part and God will take care of the rest. Our part includes pressuring our senators to pass the ‘Save America Act’ sooner than later. We must give each state time to clean up the voter registrations roles and put in place new measures to meet the new law. If not they can always come back and claim this issue. Time is not on our side as March is ending.
The article tells us there is likely that “limited and specialized operations” targeting specific facilities will only be used. It is NOT going to be an occupation such as in Iraq and Afghanistan and I know many of you believe this may happen.
So, what are the strategic targets? The article tells us that the options, “from securing the Strait of Hormuz to targeting Iran’s main oil hub on Kharg Island, carry serious global repercussions”. He added “that the risks associated with these steps are significant, noting that Iran has announced its intention to retaliate with missiles and drones, and any ground operation could quickly spiral out of control.”
Let’s remember a couple points and don’t go off halfcocked:
First the U.S. intends to use covert ground operations to subdue these targets.
Second, if Iran does use missiles or drones to attack these US ground forces, they will also be destroying their own strategic points and so what good are they anyhow in the long run?

Iranian Backed Militias Inside Iraq
Now I want to give you an update on what is happening with these Iranian backed militia and how Trump was correct in demanding that they be disarmed. But there was an ongoing election cycle and it was difficult to make these drastic changes overnight. So, here we are and they are not yet disarmed. They are causing issues from this Iranian conflict already inside Iraq as expected, as the Trump administration tried to avoid.
Please take a peek at the article titled “SUDANESE: DISSOLVING THE FACTIONS WILL BE EASIER AFTER NEXT SEPTEMBER, AFTER THE END OF THE INTERNATIONAL COALITION’S MISSION.”
I quote from the article – “The provisional Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani confirmed on Monday that the issue of disbanding Iraqi armed factions will become easier after September 2026, with the end of the international coalition’s mission and the withdrawal of foreign forces from Iraq. In an interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, he pointed out that the factions view these foreign forces as an “occupation.” But I must add these kind of statements are hypocritical in that isn’t Iran also an ‘occupier’ in Iraq? What gives them the right to stay in Iraq and yet they claim the US is the occupier? There is no justification as the war with ISIS is over.
So, can you see the problem is now, and can’t wait until September? Do you see now why the Trump administration was so demanding on neutralizing these militia factions from Iran way back last year? I quote from the article “Al-Sudani added that Iraqi security forces have successfully thwarted numerous attacks, alongside political efforts to curb the activities of these factions, and expressed his hope for the return of American military trainers.” So, again I want to emphasis the politics going on here. Al-Sudani’s support to rid or disarm these militia inside Iraq is why the Coordination Framework did not want to support him as the nominee for prime minister.
Now we see even more threats from the Iranian factions inside Iraq in the news. Please take peek at the article titled “REVOLUTIONARY GUARD: IRAQI FACTIONS CARRIED OUT 23 OPERATIONS WITHIN WAVE 82”.
“The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced on Thursday the implementation of the 82nd wave of Operation “True Promise 4”, confirming the execution of 230 operations against American and Israeli targets within 24 hours, including 23 operations by Iraqi factions. The Revolutionary Guard’s media stated in a statement that “the eighty-second wave began at dawn today with an intensive attack using destructive drones and solid and liquid fuel missiles.” Enough said on this issue….. ☹
So, regardless of what Iraq wants, the US is going to protect its interest inside Iraq and this means dealing with these Iranian factions. There is huge financial potential for Iraq and its economy and president Trump is not going to let this slip by. Their attacks are actually going to be their downfall. They don’t know it yet, but under the Trump administration he is not going to subject Iraq to these kinds of threats with American companies or even American tourists coming to Iraq. In this next article titled “HEATED EXCHANGES BETWEEN WASHINGTON AND BAGHDAD: THE SKIES ARE UNDER SURVEILLANCE, AND THE FIELD IS OPEN FOR STRIKING FACTIONS – URGENT” we read that – “Fox News reported on Wednesday (March 25, 2026) that the United States will continue to carry out military strikes inside Iraq against what it describes as “Iran-linked factions,” despite recent tensions with the Iraqi government.”
So, we know that these militia factions are on the list of the five main issues facing Iraq. We have to sit tight and watch the drama play out and it will play out. These factions will be eliminated inside Iraq and al-Sudani will be the one to carry out ‘a plan’ to do it. We just don’t yet know the plan.

SUMMARY:
😊 Knowing all this information, as I described in my above commentary, brings us to the key article of today. In this article the U.S. Whitehouse is rethinking the Strategic Framework Agreement. In the following article we see an evolving plan from Washington on how to handle Iraq. This rethinking just didn’t occur overnight but came as a result of the mess with the current election cycle and the coup to get a radical Iranian-backed prime minister once again seated into power. Also, the many newly elected/ now seated, members of the Iranian back Muslim brotherhood in Iraqi parliament. What plan do they have with Nori al-Maliki for Iraq? It is now staring us right in the face why these militia and factions exist in Iraq. It can no longer be denied. It is the takeover of Iraq by Iran. Changes must occur between the foreign policy between Iraq and the U.S.
😊In the article titled “ANBAR ALLIANCE: TRUMP IS PLANNING A NEW ROADMAP FOR THE OCCUPATION OF IRAQ” Mohammed Dhari, a leader in the United Anbar Alliance, revealed on Wednesday that Trump is planning to draw up a new roadmap for occupying Iraq and controlling its resources, but in an undeclared way. Personally, I could not be happier of this move by the Trump administration. It is time to rid Iraq of the Iranian influence. This is how we are going to see the reinstatement. I know that many of the intel provider gurus tend to ignore this part of the holdup of the RV and instead dwell only on the reforms. In my presentation from my 03/13 Newsletter we can see how this emphasis was pushed, but nothing really happened as a result. It was an Iranian con-job on us investors to keep us complacent and quiet. Yes, to shut our mouths about what we were learning about what was really going on in Iraq, as we, more than most, dived into the details.
These reforms could go on and on forever. Many intel gurus also keep harping on the independence of the CBI but I also can assure you again this so-called ‘indepedence’ only goes so far. We have read this many times in the past articles. How many more articles will it take before these idiots understand? The Finance Committee (part of the GOI) and the CBI must work together.
I quote from the article – “Al-Dhari told Al-Maalouma News Agency that “the strategic agreement signed in 2008 between Iraq and America is now a thing of the past and its terms are not recognized after Zionist-American aircraft bombed security sites of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the army, and this agreement is no longer binding on the caretaker government.”
He added that “President Trump is planning to draw up a new roadmap with Iraq in isolation from its external environment, giving America special control over its destiny and tightening its grip on the country’s wealth,”
We must ask ourselves why Trump is doing this. What are his intentions? Is he doing this to steal from Iraq like the Iranians did and are doing? Remember it was American lives lost to get rid of Saddam not Iranians. Many sinister people will again bash Trump with such headlines. It is not actually an occupation as this has connotations once again of a big bad Trump. Iraq must learn to combat corruption and the dollars flowing into Iran and other corrupt entities to fund these terrorists organizations. This is the message of Trump and this is why this new foreign policy with Iraq evolved.
Folks, as faithful readers of my blog you most likely know much more of the ongoings of Iraq than most U.S. politicians even. Stay with the FACTS and don’t let propaganda get in your way of understanding the TRUTH. I archive months of the Newsletter and you can always go back to reference them, if needed. We can now see there is going to be a day of reckoning too for Iraq for these past 20 years of corruption with Iran. Heck… they still don’t have the dinar reinstated at a nominal value at least according to present day assets? Really? Do you see that something just does not add up and I am trying to unravel all this just as you are. But the TRUTH is now coming out and I suspect we will see much more of this kind of amazing changes for Iraq. I firmly believe it is the Trump administration that is going to get us the reinstatement. We all just need to relax and watch it play out. The key now is Iran, pay attention to Iran.

Are we not a Constitutional Republic? We witnessed all the corruption in the voting process over these past decades. Why won’t Schumer support a cleaner election? IRAQ INCREASES ITS HOLDINGS OF US TREASURY BONDS TO $42 BILLION
Official data released by the US Treasury Department within the “Treasury International Capital (TIC)” system on Monday showed that Iraq’s total holdings of US bonds amounted to about $42 billion at the end of December 2025, after being $41.1 billion in November, registering a monthly increase of about $0.9 billion.
Shafaq News Agency followed up on those data which showed that Iraq’s holdings of long-term bonds amounted to $40.8 billion, while short-term bonds reached about $1.2 billion, bringing the total to $42 billion.
The monthly table for 2025 showed a continued gradual increase in holdings of long-term bonds, compared to relative stability in short-term bonds, as the year began with a total of about $39.85 billion in January, before gradually rising to $42 billion in December.
Compared to last year, when Iraq’s total holdings of US bonds amounted to about $23.4 billion in December 2024, this shows an annual increase of nearly 79% in one year, driven by a focus on long-term bonds.

IRAQ’S SUPREME JUDICIAL COUNCIL: NO DECISION TO DISSOLVE PARLIAMENT OR HOLD EARLY ELECTIONS
Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council on Thursday denied the validity of reports circulating about a decision to dissolve parliament or move towards holding early elections.
The council’s media center stated in a statement received by “Al-Sa’a” that “the information that has been circulating on social media about the issuance of a decision by the judiciary to dissolve the House of Representatives, or the call for elections, or the commencement of collecting one million signatures, is completely false.”
He added that “the circulated post has no connection to the Supreme Judicial Council, and the website that published this information is a fake website and does not belong to the council.”
The council called on all types of media outlets to “exercise accuracy and caution in reporting the news, rely on official sources, and not be swayed by misleading information circulating on unreliable platforms.”

National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji discussed on Monday with Turkish Ambassador Anil Bora Inan the developments of military operations in the region and their repercussions on security and stability. Al-Araji stressed that the Iraqi government had conducted a series of contacts with brothers and friends to stop the ongoing war, expressing his hope to end the escalation through a strong international diplomatic alliance. He reiterated the government’s keenness to develop relations with Türkiye in various fields.
National Security Advisor, Mr. Qasim Al-Araji, received today, Monday, the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Iraq, Mr. Anil Bora Inan.
The meeting addressed developments in military operations in the region and their impact on security and stability.
Mr. Al-Araji affirmed that the Iraqi government has conducted a series of contacts with brothers and friends to stop the ongoing war, expressing his hope that the escalation will end through a strong international diplomatic alliance that contributes to stopping military operations and returning to dialogue and understanding, leading to the achievement of lasting peace in the region.
Mr. Al-Araji also reiterated the Iraqi government’s keenness to develop relations with Turkey in various fields, in a way that serves common interests, especially in the political, security and economic aspects, as well as strengthening cooperation and exchanging information and experiences in the field of combating terrorism.
For his part, the Turkish ambassador explained that his country, in cooperation with friendly countries, has intensified its diplomatic efforts by conducting multiple contacts to contain the crisis, reduce tension, and push for the resumption of negotiations, in order to enhance political and economic stability. He emphasized his country’s commitment to strengthening relations with Iraq and expanding the horizons of bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy, energy, and development, in addition to security cooperation and combating terrorism, in order to achieve the interests of the two friendly countries.

TEHRAN REJECTED THE AMERICAN PROPOSAL TO END THE WAR
Iranian state television, quoting an unnamed official, reported Wednesday that Iran has rejected the proposed US peace plan to end the nearly month-long war.
The English-language state television channel Press TV reported, “Iran reacted negatively to the American proposal to end the war.”
An Iranian official, speaking to the channel on condition of anonymity, explained, “The war will end when Iran decides to end it, not when Trump decides to do so.”
No official statement has been issued on the matter so far, and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, who led the Iranian-American negotiations before the war, has not made any comment.
Iranian media outlets, including the Mehr and Tasnim news agencies, reported this information, citing Press TV.
Earlier on Wednesday, two senior Pakistani officials stated that, as part of mediation efforts, their country had presented Iran with a 15-point plan that included US proposals to end the war.
