March 3, 2026 Mnt Goat News Brief

Guten Tag everyone:

WOW this RV saga continues with the election cycle. The deadlock over the Maliki candidate for prime minister may finally be over. What a waste of three (3) months. And you keep asking what is taking the RV so long….. so here ya go! The question now is al-Sudani a definite shoe-in? What did the Iraqi Supreme Judiciary Court just rule on the elections? It’s all here in the Mnt Goat Newsletter today and its all VERY GOOD news.

GIVE A GIFT TO MNT GOAT

I decided to allow everyone to give a Free-will GIFT to Mnt Goat on PayPal if you so desire. Here is the link below. Please show your appreciation for all the hard work I do.

I recommend $15-$20 dollars a month or whatever you can afford. Do you realize I write up to eight (8) Newsletters every month. This is like a second job to me. The only way I know that people are reading and appreciating all the FACTUAL news I bring is through their appreciation. If I do not receive equal appreciation for all the hard work I do, I will simply end the Newsletter and save myself endless hours at the computer. You do want to get paid for your job, don’t you? What makes my job any different? Tell me….. I am tired of this RV saga just as you are. We are now down to addressing the Iranian militia in Iraq. This is a very good thing and had to happen sooner or later. The RV will not happen as long as Iraq is a proxy state of Iran.

Let’s all try to chip in!

STATUS OF THE RV

I especially would like to shout out to Rodney H. for his appreciation of the Newsletter as well as the many others who demand HONEST and TRUTHFUL news from Iraq. It is followers like many of you that keep the Newsletter alive. Thanks for the support!

😊 I want to clarify why this Newsletter was late and published today instead of on the normal Tuesday. News was published from Iraq that a meeting was to be held on 3/3 to discuss the Shiite candidate of Maliki for prime minister. I wanted to wait for it.

We can read about this meeting in the recent article titled ““THE FRAMEWORK FOR THE SUDANESE PRESIDENCY TODAY IS TO DECIDE ON THE PRESIDENCIES AND DISCUSS THE REPERCUSSIONS OF THE WAR I wanted to get the outcome of this meeting and report it to you today. I did not want to wait until Tuesday. This is what the article said that may give us some hope this could be resolved this week. An informed source stated that the Coordination Framework will meet today, Tuesday (March 3, 2026), to discuss the repercussions of a war between America, Israel and Iran on Iraq and the region. The meeting, which will be held at the home of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, will discuss resolving the issues of the presidency and the prime minister, especially after exceeding the constitutional deadlines and the country entering a phase of political deadlock.

So, the meeting was held according to the article above. Here is the outcome:

😊 😊 😊 Today there is WOW! WOW! WOW! news to tell regarding the RV as we may be getting the new Iraqi government in place very shortly. Maliki still persisted in not dropping out, however there the meeting today 3/3 and the Coordination Framework was forced to withdraw Maliki’s nomination. Please see article titled “THE SHIITE FRAMEWORK DECIDES TO WITHDRAW AL-MALIKI’S CANDIDACY – ARAB MEDIA”. A stormy meeting in Baghdad ends with a preliminary agreement within the Shiite framework to exclude Maliki from the race.  I quote from the article – “A leader in the Arab Television Coordination Framework reported on Tuesday (March 3, 2026) that the members of the framework reached a preliminary agreement in their meeting today to withdraw the nomination of Nouri al-Maliki for the presidency of the next Iraqi government and to choose an alternative to be determined later.”

Now here is the real juicy part of what happened on 3/3, as if this news was not good enough for us. First let me say that the power-hungry Nori al-Maliki DID NOT volunteer on his own accord to give up the nomination. He was forced into it. However, the leaders of the Coordination Framework did not do this dumping of Maliki on their own, such as a nice gesture to maintain Iraqi stability. Instead, it was the pressure from the other members who insisted on it. We must also consider the pressure from the U.S. and we must also consider the pressure from the judiciary too. Remember I said I was waiting to hear what the Supreme Judiciary also had to say about the deadlock in the election and if they would rule on it. They did rule on and this also had a huge impact of what just happened. Well…the ruling came out also today.

I will quote again from the article about the ruling– “The meeting comes hours after the head of the Supreme Judicial Council published an article that sparked significant reactions, in which he spoke about the Federal Court amending its interpretation of the largest bloc and granting the right to form the government to the first winner in the elections, which could mean a return of the opportunity for the current Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, whose coalition won the largest number of seats.”

Now this ruling sparked reactions and caused the Coordination Framework to act quickly to dump Maliki, but what we still don’t know for sure if the Supreme Judicial Council’s ruling will be effective regardless. Will it? We will soon find out.

Can the Coordination Framework still be able to pick their candidate or is this now not allowed since they already pasted all the constitutional deadlines? Parliament turned this over to the Judiicary to decide what to do next. If it is to be enforced, we can be assured that al-Sudani will be the candidate, since his party has the largest winner in the elections, as the ruling states.

I may be a bit premature in saying this, but will the new government be brave enough and strong enough to go after Nori al-Maliki and those like him and prosecute them for their crimes in trying to destroy Iraq? I firmly believe this is coming to Iraq once the deal with Iran is over. Remember we are witnessing this now on America, just as the prophets are now telling us and have told us years ago. Can you see it? You have to see it!  God’s hand is at work.

Future Of Iraq Elections:

The next issue I want to bring up is this. Will this ruling also affect the future elections of Iraq and stop this nonsense of the largest block picking the candidate for prime minister rather than the one getting the majority of votes. We see in this election and past elections how this screwy process delays and leaves the government vulnerable to Iranian influences or influences from any outside country for that matter. We also know that president Trump wanting this process changed to allow for the candidate with the largest ‘popular’ votes to get the nomination and not decided outside of the elections results.

😊 The next question is this, what was said in the conversation in the recent meeting just over the weekend between the Iraqi judiciary and the US envoy Barak? In this next article titled “JUDGE ZAIDAN DISCUSSES WITH THE US ENVOY THE COMPLETION OF “CONSTITUTIONAL ENTITLEMENTS” IN IRAQ”. In it we learn “the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, discussed with US Special Envoy Tom Barrack on Friday the role of the judiciary in supporting efforts to complete the remaining constitutional requirements during the next phase.”

In the article I firmly believe that this matter of the definition of ‘the largest block’ is finally settled and will no longer hold up elections in the future. In the article titled “THE FRAMEWORK IS MEETING WITHOUT MALIKI: ACCELERATING GOVERNMENT FORMATION AND SECURING EMBASSIES – URGENT” we learn more on this subject matter. I will quote from this article on this topic. The stormy meeting of the Coordination Framework comes at a highly sensitive political moment, following an article by the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, which reopened one of the most controversial files since 2005, namely the interpretation of the concept of the “largest parliamentary bloc” contained in Article (76) of the Constitution.”

“In 2010, the Federal Court interpreted that the largest bloc could be formed after the election results were announced through alliances within the House of Representatives, not necessarily the list that won the largest number of seats. This interpretation later became a point of frequent political conflict, as it is directly linked to the process of assigning a candidate to form the government.”

I find these articles little gems that tell us so much about the TRUTH behind these issues and their resolutions. Did you read what I highlighted above? Do you realize what this means if the judiciary applies this to this election of 2025? And YES, I do believe they will apply it regardless of what the Coordination Framework thinks they are going to do next, such as they said they will pick the next candidate since they ditched Maliki. I have news for them in that according to this ruling, al-Sudani is already now the candidate. If this ruling holds true the Coordination Framework no longer gets to choose the nominee. Am I missing something here. Read it for yourself. 😊 WOW! WOW! WOW! again……

But The Plot Thickens….

All my readers should know me better by now not to pass up a good conspiracy and let it go to waste, but only if it is so close to the TRUTH you can taste it…. Remember I was in the Intelligence Corps of the US Army and this type of thinking was my job, day in and day out. I would brief some very high-level people on this stuff after gathering the data and analyzing the situation. They used it to plan out attack strategies.

So, I have been doing this for you too in order to see if we can figure out what the hell is going on in Iraq and how it is related to getting us this RV we are waiting for any time soon. I hope everyone appreciates it? No, I don’t need fake info from a three-letter agency or bank memos. I don’t need people telling me about their bank stories and experiences to know that we are going to see this reinstatement shortly now that this matter of the elections is just about over. However let me say this – I do not expect any reinstatement until the clashes in Iran are over. I will stand firm on this notion since my gut feeling is speaking loudly but more that this, my CBI contact suggested this to me too.

But…. I have to ask – did Barak talk to Zaidan about using this delay in the elections using the Kurds as a means to change the election process now and in the future to allow the majority vote to decide the Shiite prime minister nominee? Is this the real takeaway from today’s news?

Then we also should remember the Kurdistan meeting with the Trump envoy Barak too. Was this delay intentionally all planned out in announcing the Kurdistan president to cause the delay to get where we are today – to have the judiciary make this ruling to go a long with a plot to change the way elections are run in Iraq? I know, it’s a mouthful, but concentrate on what I am saying here. Stay with me… Just asking… sometimes these conspiracies are not all bad. Sometimes they are secretly done with causes and effects that are manipulating reality for the good not evil, meanwhile deceiving the enemy without them even knowing it…lol..lol..lol.. Who’s the enemy here? Of course, the enemy is the Iranian backed politicians, the Coordination Framework.

Keeping this in the back of your mind too:

I also want to remind you the U.S. has given a clear and strong message about sanctions coming if they persist with Maliki. Kurdistan still holds the key to the process of the elections as I strongly believe they did their part in stalling in electing the new Kurd president. The new president, once ratified, has to announce the new nominee for prime minister and parliament then votes to ratify him/her. So, nothing happens until the president is announced. No matter what you read in the news it is Maliki who is stalling the process by refusing to concede, but it is Kurdistan that is preventing his nomination going forward. Oh boy!

SUMMARY:

Did you listen to the opening audio? Yes, listen to the loveley song about trusting in the Holy Spirit. So, did Trump just play yet another chess game with the Iraqis as he is always many steps head of his opponents and on top of his game. Remember this man thinks multi-dimensional. He can play three chess games at once without even seeing any of the boards. He is a three-time grand champion chess player, which means you beat three standing grand champions. I know sometimes it’s hard to understand and see the deception as it is playing out. But now I believe the vail of secrecy is off. That’s how you win in chess. You trick or goat (lol..lol..) you opponent into the next move.

But it does end up for the good of all of us. This had to happen with the elections and the delay to get the Iranians out of Iraq. It is all part of a larger scheme. This Iranian stuff however is not totally over but the first step is done, I hope. Seems Iraq always later comes out with a proverbial monkey wrench to muck things up…. lol… In the coming days we will see just what happens from todays news.

We will in the long term see how Trump is going to rebuild and prosper Iraq, despite their own stupidity and power-hungry, greedy bastard politicians. This is our reinstatement, get it? Yes, even many of my readers were ready to give in and jump ship. Why I ask? Have I now been showing the proof all along? Ye of little faith! ☹ Not a believer? Folks I believe we may have just witnessed a miracle this week, yes, a miracle! But remember that God is working through our president Trump and all his cabinet secretaries. Boy, oh boy, oh boy what will it take to convince many of my readers? We must pray, pray and pray. God is listening and will keep helping us, if only we first believe in Him.

What do you think will happen? (Leave a comment)

Q & A

Question from ambitious6a5a1de5c1:

MG, When you speak of God, please be more specific. The Indians have a hundred different Gods. The one true God has a name. Jehovah.

Answer Mnt Goat:

Guten Tag ambitious. I can give you the short answer or the long version. My answer is going to be a bit long. Sorry, but I can’t answer such a question without tying it all together for you. I can only define the God I worship since I have had many experiences in my life that I can say were miracles. Even today we read of the news from Iraq and I firmly believe we just witnessed a miracle.

I am going to be more specific as you asked who my God is. We can name our God any name as far as I am concerned. What matters most is what is in your heart when you address that God. I googled the names for Gods on the internet and got 32 different names. I am sure there are probably more. Many of them were separate names of Gods depending on your needs. But they are all actually one God just that the prayer concentrates on names for what they want. Remember Jesus came to teach us of the one God. For me my religion tells me to worship only one God named in three persons, the Father, Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit. This is my Christian belief. This is the trinity, a great mystery, but all in one God. What matters to me is that this ONE TRUE GOD (or Trinity) is a God of mercy, compassion and all loving, but also of Justice. My God does not murder, rape or pillage. My God is a god of justice. This justice part is where many falter in how they approach God. So, I will also cover this a bit.

Yes, God is a righteous God. He puts down his enemies and expects us to do the same. But this is not a global conquest of killing people to force them to believe in your God. In my Newsletter I gear it around my God since it is my blog. Get it? I can do what I want. I only hope that in showing the prophecies and tying it all together in what we are witnessing going on today that you too can be a believer. But I will not chop off your head or make you wear a Burka if you don’t. God’s justice is a last resort not a conquest of the world. Through Jesus’s mercy I leave people to follow his mercy, compassion and love for us by choice, or free-will. But when I see our brothers suffering then I believe God calls each of us for justice and His mercy, we must act. We must be his instruments of PEACE. Sometime before you can have peace you first must make things right. In my church we pray for peace all the time but what do we do when we leave the church is what is really going to make peace. In praying we should ask God to show us how to make peace and then do it. God manifests Himself through us, the physical world. If we are at peace ourselves, we will hear the voice of God. This voice is orchestrated in many ways. You then have to pay attention to get the message. Many don’t get it because they themselves are not at peace. How can you manifest peace if you yourself are not a peaceful person?

There must be justice in the spiritual dimension too that will then coincide and be manifested in the physical world. This also comes when we die as to how we lived while in the physical world. God will judge us. For there is only one God, if we refer back to the bible, what does it say?

The Bible begins with a clear statement in Genesis 1:1: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1). This establishes God as the sole creator of the universe, including the Earth. It does not say multiple Gods. It does not say a separate god for the trees, water, etc. This is why, in part Jesus came to us. To teach us there is only one God. Then we learn also in the bible when the prophecy of the coming of the savior, Jesus, he tells us:

In the Bible, Jesus emphasizes the concept of one God in several verses:

  • Deuteronomy 6:4: “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.”
  • Isaiah 45:5: “I am the Lord, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God.”
  • 1 Timothy 2:5: “For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.”
  • 1 Corinthians 8:6: “Yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we exist.”
These verses collectively affirm the belief in a singular God, highlighting His uniqueness and authority over creation.

I feel we must always go back to why did Jesus come to the physical world in the first place. Was it to set the thinking of mankind on the right track? Was man going down the wrong path in his thinking? If we read the New Testament, it becomes clear this is why when we read the words of Jesus.

But also remember there were past sins that needed to be reckoned with too, before Jesus came. Lots of nasty wars and sin. This is the sacrifice of the crucifixion and God’s mercy. It is how Jesus saved these souls from hell. He had to die to visit hell through his mercy not sin. This way even though those that killed him on the cross were not seeking justice and not propagating the very essence of why he came to the earth in the first place. It was evident they just didn’t get his message.

Folks, it is not a surprise that it was the church that killed him, the very church at the time that now denies this was actually Jesus the son of God. Isn’t this ironic? Yes, I am speaking of the Jews. I do this not to bash the Jews as I believe they are ashamed of the crucifixion. Most Jews do worship one God but still follow the Old Covenant. I What are these covenants I speak of? Let me explain.

So, Jesus had to die to go to hell and release all those souls that did not know his truths before he came. What was the merciful God to do with all these souls? Then going forward, after the release from hell, now we know Jesus’s words of freedom from sin and so no more excuses for mankind. We know better and have a choice now, don’t we? This is the new Covenant we live by.

A new Covenant was made on Holy Thursday night at the Last Supper by Jesus. Yes, yet another reason he had to come to us. He gave us so many special things. The Old Covenant made thousands of years ago with mankind no longer applies; there are now consequences to our actions and behaviors. Jesus says he will not revisit hell again. The next time he comes will be a harvest of those that lived in the New Covenant and the others there will be no mercy for they have knowingly sined. The earth is now being prepared for His second coming from the heavens. The bible teaches us that Jesus will return personally and visibly to earth, just as He ascended in heaven (Act 1:11, Matthew 24:30).

We can tie this all in to what we are seeing now for justice in Iran. God says this terrorism must end and justice must be given to those who created this hell on earth with their wrong thinking for controlling of mankind. They are not following the words of Jesus but of false prophets that came with satanic teachings to attempt to overcome the words of Jesus and brainwash people. Terrorism is dark elements of killing, suffering and destruction of our societies. That is all it will bring. There is no end game. It is not a means to an end but the end in itself. Get it? We must stand firm and proclaim the freedom of Iran and Iraq in the light of justice. In fact, the freedom of the entire middle east. There has been put a dark vail over the middle east that must be lifted. I believe this is what the Trump administration is doing and it’s about time. If the world really stood up to terrorism not sensible negotiations and appeasement, but firm actions this war on terrorism could have ended decades ago. Our children would not have to live in a world as we had to see it. I want to add that this also makes me personally wonder just what kind of past presidents we have had in the U.S. and what they actually stood for.

Question from ashleypikes:

Thank you MG,I agree with everything you said. The real question is how long is this going take to get sudani back in. It’s IRAQ an what about the Iran conflict/war what delay might it have.

Answer Mnt Goat:

Guten Tag Ashley. I do not have a crystal ball. All I can add is that this deadlock in forming this next Iraqi government should have never happened in the first place. Believe me when I heard the Coordination Framework actually nominated Nori al-Maliki it blew my mind too. How could they be so evil? Do they not know how this guy thinks and that he will tear apart Iraq again, given any power. What about all the crimes he committed as prime minister. Where is the justice and accountability for them? Will he hang from a rope someday like he should?

So, in a Constitutional Republic using the democrat principles in electing leaders, if it is strong enough, it will prevail and al-Sudani or his like will be elected as the next prime minister. I got to tell you I thought it would be a ‘slam-dunk’ for al-Sudani for a second term and the election cycle would fly by and we would be at the bank already. The CBI is ready to move but needs a stable government to get permission from the U.S. With what is now going on in Iran I don’t believe for a second that the US is going to allow the reinstatement at least until this is over. Also, this is part of a much bigger picture, a reset. They plan to sync up all the currencies in the middle east for fairer trade. Iraq, Iran and Syria had to be dealt with to accomplish this. So, Iraq is the verge already and they are not going to let it go back to a proxy for Iran and terrorism, as we can see an insane move to put Maliki back in office.

Question from clayrich6a2b498e66:

I am led to believe from the most recent articles that Maliki will not be the PM, and quite possibly Sudani will get a second term, but as this is Iraq, there are no guarantees, so as always, we wait and watch to see what direction they end up going. Frankly I am losing hope they will ever turn around their country and be able to join the rest of the world in prosperity.

Answer Mnt Goat:

I encourage you not to give up. Iraq will reinstate the dinar and Trump will move ahead with his plan to revitalize the middle east and Iraq is a huge part of the plan. The Iraqi dinar is going to be a hinge-pin of a new basket of currencies. This new basket will support many currencies. It will also cause reliance on each country that will foster peace over war. The Abraham Accords signed in 2020 will also foster cooperation between states in the middle east. This cooperation will be based on prosperity and abundance not violence and terrorism. It is much more profitable to taking the riches of the countries and built economies that are booming than to spend on buying weapons of war and paying for massive armies. All this good stuff had a setback under the Biden administration, but that nasty period is now over, and I don’t think the U.S. is ever going back to those days. Just look at the Gaza strip and the plans for its development. Will the people realize that Israil actually freed them from the enslavement of Hamas? Will the someday show their appreciation? Do false doctrines of hatred override even common sense? Why blame your liberators? You can go read the Accords for yourself here.

This new basket of currencies will also provide ‘drawing rights’ for loans to help develop these countries that have gone through decades of terrorism. Trump, being a former business man, can see the potential in Iraq and so he is not going to just give up on it because of some Iranian influence in politics. If we ever had a chance to get this RV at any time in the past, is now during the Trump administration. Just keep praying!

PRAYING WITH SINCERITY

Many may ask why their prayers are not being answered. Our new Shepard in Rome Pope Leo XIV has given us some direction.

You can purchase a nice pair of Rosary Beads here to pray:

These prophecies are more important now more than ever. They give us the strength, perseverance and hope that a better time is coming and that God’s Hand is at work behind the scenes. If you just take a second even to look around you at these past three election cycles, how can you deny that God is at work? Are you sleeping or what?

It is amazing and there is no other way that these events could have happened the way they turned out. But there is more to come, much, much more, I assure you! Now that God has his biblical David re-elected, we need to pay attention to what He does next.

NOTE: These prophecies just keep getting better and better, giving us HOPE of a brighter future. But the real reason why I listen to them is that we can actually see what God says He will do is taking place right in front of our noses. It is a confirmation to me that God is real and is still with us forever just as in biblical times.

THE EPSTEIN FILES: THE CLINTONS CAUGHT LYING MULTIPLE TIMES.

Tell me, I want to know…..

Okay so take a look at the above picture. This is a painting that Epstein had commissioned to be painted and then he hung it in his house. First, why would he do such a thing? Second, take a closer look. This is the dress of his White House intern Monica Lewinsky. A blue dress of this nature was used as evidence with Bill’s cum stains during his house impeachment hearings. So how close was the former president to Epstein to have such a painting completed and then hung on his own wall? Come’on we are not fools. Bill had a long relationship with Epstein must more than funding for his Clinton Foundation charities, as he claims. Also, what is framed next to him in this picture taken in Epstein’s home? The hearing when representative Maze questions him talks about this picture. Is it obvious to everyone Epstein was supplying Billy boy his girl friends. Now whether they were under-aged or not is still debatable. What do you think?

FURTHER ANALYSIS OF PRESIDENT TRUMPS STATE OF THE UNION SPEECH. THE ‘REAL WORLD’.

They took the bait!

This is an excellent analysis of what happened during the President Trump State of the Union speech last Tuesday. Of course, we expected drama and we got it. I encourage everyone to take a few minutes and watch this presentation by Susan Kokinda. It may open your eyes further about the democrat party and just what they stand for.

What world do they live in?

DEMOCRATS ON THE STATE OF THE UNION SPEECH

Some of the democrats should be shameful at their level of disrespect for the President, after all he did win by an overwhelming majority. His agenda is the people’s agenda. I must ask why Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaiband many other democrats are so angry over the successes of this administration so far? Why are they so far left that they even hate America?

DISRESPECT FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

A DEEPER LOOK INTO WHO REALLY IS MICHELLE OBAMA?

Perhaps it’s time to take off the mask and dig deeper into who Michelle Obama really is. Maybe we need to put aside the pre-packaged scenarios she do cleverly put together to form the image she wanted to portray. Remember that Barrack and Michelle where supposed to be the second coming of the Kennedy family. ..lol..lol.. but the black version. The ideal family with two children…. ha…. ha…. ha…. But in reality there really is no comparison only fake images imprinted in your mind of what they tried to do to get inside your emotions to rip apart America. We also are now noting what Barrack did in Iraq.

In fact, the impact of the eight years (or should I say 12 including the Biden years) did just the opposite of what Barrack promised on his campaign trail in 2007. Is God now telling us to look closer at Michelle Obama? Why and why now? is “she” actually a “he” thus Barrack is gay or bisexual and are they pulling the wool over our eyes with forcing this transgender stuff in politics? Is it really concern for our rights or their own preference that they are afraid will come out someday? I will leave this topic for the conspiracy guys for now. Megyn Kelly takes a deep dive into Michelle.

WE MUST FACE THE MUSLIM CULT IN AMERICA NOW OR LATER BUT WE WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT

Representative Brandon Gill SHUTS Up Cocky Democrats For Claiming Sharia Law Is Good For America.

WHY THE RECENT SURGE OF ISLAM ON OUR SOCIETIES. WHAT IS THE REAL REASON?

We must confront Islamic Muslims now or lose our Judeo-Christian countries to them. This Muslim invasion is not coincidental. It is a well-planned invasion into our culture, religion, politics and the very fabric of our society. This is not good for America and Europe and will be the demise of our great countries, if we are not careful and don’t confront it for what it is.

SUPREME COURT RULING ON TRUMP’S TARIFFS: THE TRUTH

Before some go off half-cocked and make claims that Trump’s financial reset has been stopped, please take some time to listen to the real story of what just happened.

Trump’s tariffs are not stopped and will not be stopped, just so you know. The liberal news media once again strikes to bash Trump and his plans to make America Great Again.

Did the recent supreme court ruling really change anything?

PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHO ILHAN OMAR REALLY IS…

So, let’s get educated today!

UPDATE ON THE ‘SAVE ACT’. WHEN WILL IT COME TO A VOTE IN THE SENATE?

The democrats and rhinos are desperately trying to stall the bringing of the SAVE ACT to a vote in the senate. Why? There are two reasons: 1. They know that the republicans now have the votes to pass it and 2. When passed, it will limit the corruption in the voting process, something the democrats need desperately to win in the midterms, especially now after President Trumps STOUS. It is the ONLY way they have even a chance of winning back the majority in Congress or the Senate. The majority of people simply don’t want what they have to offer but they are still trying to shove it down our throats anyhow by cheating in the elections, then pretending the majority wants it.

“IRAN IS GEARING UP FOR A DESTRUCTIVE MOVE AGAINST AMERICA…”

We will deal with the Iranian regime now or later. Why give Iran time to rebuild and leave this mess to our children to deal with. Yes, they will have to deal with it. It even gets worst if they should get nuclear weapons. Remember this is an Islamic Terrorist regime that mirrors much like the Nazi regime in WW2 and would not hesitate to use any lethal weapons to stay in control. If we are paying attention we see this very same Islamic terrorist organization coming into our countries with refugees and illegal immigrants. They then become politicians and work against our values and culture. Remember their goal – convert to Islam or die. If we had faced Hitler earlier it never would have gone as far as it did. It is time now to address Iran. Not only could this stop this regime and the suffering in Iran but also the outward aggressive Muslim movement to take over our cities. Remember they don’t care if it takes 20 years or 50 years or even a century. Their goals remains the same and we must squash it now before this gets out of hand or maybe it has already gone too far.

‘PLAYING FOR TIME’: The fatal mistake that could DESTROY the Iranian regime

I don’t think I have to go through again how these effects the RV of the Iraqi dinar, do I?

THINK AGAIN: IT WAS NO COINCIDENCE, BUT AN ORCHESTRATED, DELIBERATE PLOT!

As you should know by now, I present these videos on my blog for you not me. They are to you so you can try to understand what is going on in the world that affects our RV of the Iraqi dinar and a very real possibility of other currencies too. You keep asking for a date for the RV. So, what is holding it up?

So, after years of showing you the chaos by the deep state of what they are doing to our world and their pullback on fixing it, today I want to connect some pieces for you to go further, go deeper in your understanding. They call this demolition of our modern industrial social as voluntary and it was. So, who was running the US since 1977 and why did our past presidents, Congress and the Senate allow this to happen? Why did they give the Council in Foreign Relations (CFR) so much power to literally destroy our countries. Today we learn about the real fight. The real reason why these policies being instituted by the Trump administration, to stop this controlled demolition of our economies.

First, I was hoping everyone had a chance to watch the entire speech by the US secretary of state Marco Rubio in Munich recently to the European leaders. I have left his speech for you. Then there are many analysts who have picked his speech apart but none like what Sudan Kokinda has done for us. She ties it all together in big bold statements and backs it up with FACTS, not conspiracy theories. Is this why we voted for Trump? Is this why they want him gone so bad? Is this the Trump hatred syndrome we witness in many of these democrats? Is this why they are trying to kill him?

About our Iraqi dinar: Yes, these are the same powers in control that need to lose their control and thus we have a chance to see the reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar. Do you think they want us to have all this money? Do you think they want this transfer of Wealth? Do you see the struggle now in the Iraqi elections using the Iranians to squash progress in Iraq. Prime Minister al-Sudani was industrializing Iraq with the fundamental principles of free enterprise with the Development Road Project, etc.. Folks they even finally have an acceptable Oil and Gas Law but they can’t get parliament to take it up for a vote. Do you see the roadblocks?

I sincerely hope that you can elevate your thinking to a new level and expand your thinking thus go one step deeper after watching these presentations today. Please take the time to watch the Rubio speech in Munich and then the Kokinda explanation.

THE FRAMEWORK FOR THE SUDANESE PRESIDENCY TODAY IS TO DECIDE ON THE PRESIDENCIES AND DISCUSS THE REPERCUSSIONS OF THE WAR.

An informed source stated that the coordination framework will meet today, Tuesday (March 3, 2026), to discuss the repercussions of a war between America, Israel and Iran on Iraq and the region.

The source confirmed to Network 964 that the meeting, which will be held at the home of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, will discuss resolving the issues of the presidency and the prime ministership, especially after exceeding the constitutional deadlines and the country entering a phase of political deadlock.

*********************************************************************************************

THE FRAMEWORK IS MEETING WITHOUT MALIKI: ACCELERATING GOVERNMENT FORMATION AND SECURING EMBASSIES – URGENT

The Coordination Framework held its periodic meeting No. (264) at the Government Palace in Baghdad, on Tuesday afternoon, March 3, 2026, to discuss national, regional and international developments, in a meeting that witnessed the absence of the leader of the State of Law Coalition, Nouri al-Maliki.

In a statement received by Al-Sa’a Network, the participants stressed “the need to expedite the completion of constitutional requirements, particularly the formation of a government that serves the national interest and strengthens political consensus,” emphasizing “the importance of reaching a national consensus that preserves the unity and stability of the country.”

The framework praised what it described as “popular condemnation of the crime of targeting Imam Khamenei,” calling for “expressing grief and solidarity with the Iranian people within the legal frameworks and freedom of expression.”

He also renewed his support for the government and security forces in all their formations, stressing “the need to preserve sovereignty, enforce the law, and protect public and private property, in addition to providing protection for diplomatic missions and embassies, in light of the current security tensions.”

The framework called for “an immediate halt to what it described as aggression against the Islamic Republic, and called on international bodies to assume their responsibilities in supporting stability and security in the region.”

The stormy meeting of the Coordination Framework comes at a highly sensitive political moment, following an article by the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, which reopened one of the most controversial files since 2005, namely the interpretation of the concept of the “largest parliamentary bloc” contained in Article (76) of the Constitution.

In 2010, the Federal Court interpreted that the largest bloc could be formed after the election results were announced through alliances within the House of Representatives, not necessarily the list that won the largest number of seats. This interpretation later became a point of frequent political conflict, as it is directly linked to the process of assigning a candidate to form the government.

In his article, Zaidan criticized what he described as the flaws of the previous interpretation, considering that it contradicted the apparent meaning of the text and weakened political stability. He proposed three paths for addressing the issue: an explicit constitutional amendment linking the largest bloc to the electorally winning list, amending the House of Representatives law to establish the definition of the bloc in the first session only, or the Federal Court reconsidering its previous interpretation

 .

This proposal coincided with escalating controversy within the framework regarding the nomination of Nouri al-Maliki for the premiership, amidst political objections and pressing regional and international circumstances.

According to reports, any amendment or reinterpretation of the concept of the largest bloc could completely rearrange the landscape, especially if the right to form the government is granted to the electorally winning list, which could reopen the door for the current Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, whose coalition won the largest number of seats.

Thus, the debate is no longer purely legal, but has become intertwined with the balance of power within the Shiite political establishment, and with the calculations of the next stage, in light of a clear conflict between those who adhere to the 2010 interpretation and those who push for readjusting the constitutional equation in a way that redefines the “largest bloc” and changes the course of government formation.

THE SHIITE FRAMEWORK DECIDES TO WITHDRAW AL-MALIKI’S CANDIDACY – ARAB MEDIA

A stormy meeting in Baghdad ends with a preliminary agreement within the Shiite framework to exclude Maliki from the race.

A leader in the Arab Television Coordination Framework reported on Tuesday (March 3, 2026) that the members of the framework reached a preliminary agreement in their meeting today to withdraw the nomination of Nouri al-Maliki for the presidency of the next Iraqi government and to choose an alternative to be determined later.

A senior official source told Network 964 that a stormy meeting of the Shiite framework ended this afternoon at the palace of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, and the prime ministerial candidate Nouri al-Maliki decided to boycott it, citing that he was fasting and a little exhausted, but he stressed his refusal to issue any statement withdrawing his candidacy after the objections that accompanied the putting forward of his name and the international and regional circumstances. According to the report, al-Maliki repeated his suggestion that the members of the framework issue a statement announcing the withdrawal of al-Maliki’s candidacy, and he said that he would not object to that “because the decision is the decision of the largest bloc and he will not oppose it.”

The meeting comes hours after the head of the Supreme Judicial Council published an article that sparked significant reactions, in which he spoke about the Federal Court amending its interpretation of the largest bloc and granting the right to form the government to the first winner in the elections, which could mean a return of the opportunity for the current Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, whose coalition won the largest number of seats.

TRUMP: I GET ALONG WELL WITH IRAQI LEADERS

US President Donald Trump said on Friday that he gets on very well with Iraqi leaders.

In Baghdad, US envoy Tom Barrack held a series of meetings with senior officials to resolve the political deadlock in the country. Trump said, “I get along very well with the Iraqi leadership,” indicating that there is good understanding and coordination between the two sides.

A source within the coordination framework revealed an American warning related to Iraqi political entitlements. The source stated that the American envoy, Tom Barrack, informed the Iraqi Prime Minister that Washington might impose sanctions if Nouri al-Maliki were nominated for a high political position.

The source indicated that the potential US sanctions on Iraq may be announced in the middle of next week, and will initially target figures loyal to Iran, before later including leaders in the coordination framework.

Al-Ahd TV, the mouthpiece of Asaib Ahl al-Haq, which opposes Maliki’s nomination for prime minister, quoted a source as saying: “Barak informed Maliki that America does not object to him assuming any position other than the prime minister.”

TWO CRUCIAL MESSAGES FOR MALIKI… “THE HOUR” REVEALS WASHINGTON’S MESSAGE

In recent hours, the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, witnessed two important meetings between the US envoy to Iraq, Tom Barak , and outgoing Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and Nouri al-Maliki, leader of the State of Law Coalition and candidate of the Coordination Framework for the next government.

The importance of the two meetings stems from the fact that they form the basis for determining the shape of the next government, the course of the political process, and the relationship between Baghdad and Washington, in light of the American rejection of al-Maliki’s nomination for the premiership and the latter’s insistence on adhering to this nomination, as the United States had previously threatened to impose sanctions on Iraq if al-Maliki assumed the position .

A statement from the Iraqi Prime Minister’s office said that “Barak conveyed to Al-Sudani the viewpoint of US President Donald Trump, his vision of the current situation in the region, and Iraq’s pivotal role in building stability and promoting regional development. “

The statement, which was received by Al-Sa’a Network, explained that “Al-Sudani indicated that the Iraqi leadership is committed to prioritizing the national interest and making efforts to protect the interests of the Iraqi people,” noting that “Iraq’s sovereignty and stability in various fields are not merely local considerations.”

The media office of Nouri al-Maliki, head of the State of Law Coalition, confirmed in a statement that he received the American envoy and that they discussed developments in the political scene in Iraq and upcoming national obligations .

During the meeting, according to a statement from his office, Maliki stressed “the need to respect Iraq’s sovereignty and the choices of its people,” pointing to “the importance of supporting the democratic process and strengthening political stability,” and noting “the importance of continued communication and coordination between the two sides on issues of common interest.”

The content of the two American messages to Maliki

However, political sources within the coordination framework revealed the content of the two meetings, in a manner that differs radically from the official statements issued by the offices of Al-Sudani and Al-Maliki. According to these sources, the American envoy informed Al-Sudani that Washington would impose sanctions if Al-Maliki were nominated for the prime minister.

The most important content came during the meeting between Barak and Maliki, where the American envoy handed Maliki two messages, one written and the other oral, stating that Maliki would not be the head of the next government in Iraq, otherwise American sanctions would be imposed on institutions, entities and individuals in Iraq .

Al-Sa’a Network obtained the contents of the two American messages addressed to Nouri al-Maliki and the coordination framework. The written message that Barak conveyed to al-Maliki from US President Donald Trump included the following :

” The United States recognizes and appreciates your experience, wisdom, and vision, which are of paramount importance not only to the political development in Iraq but also to the broader stability of the region. It is in this spirit that we seek constructive engagement, within the framework of specific considerations, to ensure the formation of the next Iraqi government.

Trump’s stance toward Maliki and the prime ministerial candidate is not based on personalities but on principle. Trump is focused on a new Middle East that turns the page on the past, one in which Iraq serves as an inspiration both domestically and internationally, and in which it strengthens its partnership with the United States. In this context, we must be direct and clear: the formation of the new government must reflect balance, inclusivity, and momentum toward the future. This requires your (Maliki’s) public and official withdrawal from the premiership. This step is essential for a viable political consensus and a move toward restoring international confidence at a pivotal moment in the future of Iraq and the region.

We believe your (Maliki’s) voice will be valuable in selecting the next prime ministerial candidate. However, we must also be clear: failure to cooperate in facilitating this transition and forming the government as Washington sees fit will have consequences, and the United States will impose sanctions.” Measures were taken against a number of Iraqi government institutions, as well as bodies, individuals and entities in Iraq .

As for the verbal message that Barak conveyed to Maliki, it included, according to informed political sources, that “Iraq has become completely subservient to Iran in recent years, and that the pro-Iranian militias in Iraq are the ones who control and lead the scene in Iraq, and that the United States spent billions of dollars on Iraq without gaining anything, and in return, Iran took control of it.

Therefore, we will give you (Maliki) the option and opportunity for you and your team to participate in choosing the next prime minister and to have a role in Iraqi political life in the next stage, and you can be officially invited to the United States, but all of this is after you officially and publicly withdraw from the nomination for the position of prime minister of the next government.”

Sources confirmed that the US sanctions could be announced in the middle of next week, and will include pro-Iran figures, then leaders in the coordination framework, and possibly Maliki , all if the latter does not give up his candidacy for the next government .

American messages combine persuasion and intimidation

Regarding the American messages to Maliki, Essam Al-Faily, a professor of political science at Al-Mustansiriya University, confirmed that the American message of rejection of Maliki assuming the premiership is clear through the leaks of what was said in the meeting that brought the latter together with the American envoy.

Al-Faily told Al-Sa’a Network: “The American message is clear and combines enticement and intimidation, as Washington confirmed that Maliki is an unwelcome figure in the position of Prime Minister, but at the same time the United States appreciates Maliki’s role and left him the important role in choosing the candidate for the premiership after he withdrew his candidacy and stipulated that his candidate be far from the Iranian axis . ”

He added that “the American message confirms that Washington does not want figures close to Iran, based on its vision for the region and the new Middle East, as it is working to limit Iranian influence in Iraq by preventing Maliki from assuming the premiership on the one hand, and preventing any other figure close to the Iranian axis from assuming this position . “

Al-Faily pointed out that “Washington is very frank and serious about dealing with the same way it dealt with Maliki, as it will take the same position with any figure close to Iran in Iraq, and this necessitates that Iraqi politicians understand this American vision in dealing with the Iraqi and Iranian file during the next stage.”

Former Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki expressed his rejection of what he described as blatant American interference in Iraq’s internal affairs, considering it a violation of the country’s sovereignty, in response to US President Donald Trump’s warning against Maliki’s return to the premiership.

This was preceded by the announcement of the Coordination Framework nominating Maliki for the premiership, in light of the results of the parliamentary elections in November 2025. However, Trump warned at the time that he would stop his country’s support for Iraq if Maliki assumed the position of Prime Minister.

Is there a time limit for the sanctions?

Regarding the existence of a time limit for imposing American sanctions on Iraq, researcher and political analyst Ayed Al-Hilali said, “In light of the meeting that took place today between Tom Barrack and Nouri Al-Maliki, questions are escalating in political circles about the nature of the messages that the meeting carried, and whether it reflects a decisive American position rejecting Al-Maliki’s nomination for the premiership, in addition to what is being rumored about the existence of a time limit ending on Monday to resolve this issue . ”

Al-Hilali added in a statement to Al-Sa’a Network: “The available data indicates that the meeting falls within the framework of normal diplomatic communication between Washington and the influential Iraqi political forces, especially in light of the political deadlock and internal complexities in which regional and international considerations are intertwined.”

He explained that the United States views the formation of the Iraqi government from the perspective of stability and ensuring that the country does not slide into new conflicts or sharp alignments that affect its strategic balances. Therefore, any messages conveyed during these meetings often relate to the specifications of the next stage and the form of the government, more than to an official declaration of rejection of a specific person.

Al-Hilali continued: “Regarding what is being circulated about a deadline ending on Monday, no official Iraqi body has yet announced a binding constitutional deadline at this time,” stressing that “the constitution does not stipulate a time limit for nominating a specific person outside the general frameworks for assigning the largest bloc, and therefore, talk of a deadline seems closer to political pressure or indirect messages aimed at accelerating understandings between the different forces, and not an official decision announced with a final date.”

Al-Hilali pointed out that “according to the political assessment, there may be American signals about the need to expedite the resolution to avoid further complications, but the final decision remains an internal Iraqi one, governed by the balance of power and understandings between the blocs. Therefore, the meeting and talk about the deadline reflect the level of sensitivity surrounding the stage, more than they indicate a decisive international decision that has been officially announced.”

JUDGE ZAIDAN DISCUSSES WITH THE US ENVOY THE COMPLETION OF “CONSTITUTIONAL ENTITLEMENTS” IN IRAQ

The escalating American pressure on Iraq comes as a translation of President Donald Trump’s explicit threats, which included criticism of the previous course taken by former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, when he assumed the premiership during two consecutive terms between 2006 and 2014.

On January 24, 2026, the Coordination Framework announced the nomination of Nouri al-Maliki, head of the State of Law Coalition, for the position of Prime Minister, with a majority vote from its constituent groups.

The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, discussed with US Special Envoy Tom Barrack on Friday the role of the judiciary in supporting efforts to complete the remaining constitutional requirements during the next phase.

This is the second meeting of its kind in a week; it was preceded by a meeting last Monday that addressed judicial procedures related to the file of detainees transferred from Syrian prisons to Iraq, according to official statements issued by the Council.

These talks come at a time when the political forces that won the elections in late 2025 are seeking to resolve the issue of candidates for the positions of President of the Republic and Council of Ministers, and to proceed with the procedures for forming the new government, steps which are legally known as the postponed “constitutional entitlements”.

This comes as the United States gave the Shiite Coordination Framework a deadline last Tuesday, which ends today, Friday, regarding the withdrawal of the nomination of the leader of the State of Law Coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, for the position of Prime Minister, according to what an official source in the framework told Shafaq News Agency.

He added that “Al-Maliki informed the framework that he does not intend to withdraw his nomination at all, and informed them that the (two-thirds) who nominated Al-Maliki should withdraw the nomination and he does not object to that, and this is the closest thing to the scene during the next few days.”

(Mnt Goat: According to my CBI contact 2/3 who nominated Maliki has already withdrawn their support before this meeting took place, so Maliki is lying and stalling)

The “coordination framework,” which includes ruling Shiite political forces in Iraq, is witnessing a division over the nomination of Maliki for the next government, amid American warnings of the repercussions of his selection, which prompted forces within the coalition to try to persuade him to withdraw in order to preserve the unity of the framework.

The US President’s envoy, Thomas Barak, had informed the Iraqi side during his visit to Baghdad a few days earlier of the American vision regarding the formation of the Iraqi government.

NASSIF: IRAQ NOW POSSESSES HUGE OFFSHORE OIL FIELDS AFTER THE BORDERS WERE ESTABLISHED.

Iraqi parliament member Alia Nassif confirmed on Wednesday that there are a number of oil fields, in addition to the “Dhurra” gas field, that contain large reserves and are located deep in the sea, and Iraq has not benefited from them previously due to border disputes with the Kuwaiti side.

Nasif told Shafaq News Agency that depositing the maps with the United Nations and establishing the borders made Iraq own these fields, which allows it to contract with international companies to extract oil and gas from the fields located in the sea waters.

Nasif, a member of the Reconstruction and Development bloc, added that contracting with international companies in the offshore oil and gas fields will contribute to boosting the country’s oil production and adding financial returns estimated at millions of dollars.

Yesterday, the head of the bloc, Bahaa al-Araji, considered that Iraq had become a Gulf state “practically” after depositing the country’s maritime maps with the United Nations.

Days ago, Iraq deposited a complete map of its maritime zones with precise coordinates with the United Nations, in a move aimed at strengthening its maritime rights and bolstering its negotiating position on issues related to maritime borders, according to what the Director General of the General Company for Iraqi Ports, Farhan Al-Fartousi, told Shafaq News Agency.

The 2012 Agreement on Navigation in Khor Abdullah between Iraq and Kuwait is a technical and administrative remedy for the effects of the former regime’s invasion of Kuwait in 1990 and the resulting demarcation of borders under Security Council Resolution No. (833) of 1993. Article Six of the Agreement affirmed that it “does not affect the borders between the two parties in Khor Abdullah established under Security Council Resolution No. (833) of 1993.”

The Iraqi Council of Ministers approved the draft ratification law at the end of 2012, and the House of Representatives approved it by a simple majority under Law No. (42) of 2013, and it was published in the Iraqi Gazette in issue (4299) dated 11/25/2013.

The Federal Court also issued its decision No. (21/Federal/2014) dated 12/18/2014, as it distinguished between the law regulating the process of ratifying treaties, which requires a two-thirds majority according to Article (61/Fourth) of the Constitution, and the law ratifying a specific agreement, which is approved by a simple majority based on Article (59/Second).

Iraq’s deposit of maritime maps and official coordinates with the United Nations has sparked reactions in Gulf circles, amid calls to contain the repercussions of the move and address the issue through diplomatic frameworks and official channels.

Diplomatic tensions between Iraq and Kuwait have been escalating for years over the issue of demarcating the maritime border beyond point (162), which is the maritime extension that has not been completed in its demarcation between the two countries since the issuance of Security Council Resolution No. (833) in 1993.

A THREE-MEMBER COUNCIL WILL RUN THINGS AFTER KHAMENEI… THESE ARE ITS MEMBERS.

The Iranian news agency IRNA announced on Sunday that a three-member council consisting of President Masoud Pezeshkian, the head of the judiciary, and one of the jurists of the Guardian Council will temporarily assume leadership duties in Iran.

Three Iranian officials, including President Masoud Pezeshkian, will oversee the transition in Iran following the death of the Supreme Leader, according to Mohammad Mokhbar, an advisor to Ali Khamenei, as reported by state television on Sunday.

An informant said the trio would include Pezeshkian, the head of the judiciary Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei, and a lawyer from the Guardian Council. The agency confirmed the deaths of Ali Shamkhani, secretary of Iran’s Defense Council, and Major General Mohammad Pakpour, commander-in-chief of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, in the US-Israeli attack on Tehran on Saturday.

Israel had previously announced that Shamkhani and Pakpour were killed in the same strikes on Saturday morning. Iranian state media announced that Major General Ahmad Vahidi, deputy commander of the Revolutionary Guard, had taken over command of the Guard’s forces, following the assassination of Major General Mohammad Pakpour.

In a related context, CBS News quoted an intelligence source and a military source as saying that about 40 Iranian officials were killed in these attacks.

It was unclear whether they were gathered at one location, or targeted at several different locations.

GASOLINE AND DOLLAR QUEUES ARE THE FIRST SIGNS… IS IRAQ ENTERING A TUNNEL OF ECONOMIC TURMOIL?

The ongoing conflict between the United States and Israel on one side, and Iran on the other, has quickly cast a shadow over the overall situation in Iraq, particularly the economic aspect. Concerns related to energy markets and supply chains have resurfaced, with growing anxiety about the impact of any escalation of the conflict on oil exports, shipping routes, and the stability of the domestic market in a country almost entirely dependent on imports.

The exchange rate of the dollar has also seen a significant increase in Baghdad’s Al-Kifah Street market, exceeding 160,000 dinars per 100 dollars, alongside a sharp rise in the prices of both foreign and Iraqi gold in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil. In a tangible indication of the “shock” spreading domestically, Iraqi cities witnessed signs of a fuel crisis. For example, the city of Fallujah in Anbar province saw long queues at gas stations, revealing the public’s sensitivity to any development that might be perceived as a direct threat to supply chains or transportation between provinces.

The government
, for its part, attempted to offer reassurances to alleviate the confusion. The Ministry of Trade affirmed that the food situation in Iraq is “stable and under control,” and that there are no indications of concern regarding the availability of food in the markets following the Israeli-American attack on Iran.

Ministry of Trade spokesman Mohammed Hanoun stated that “the government has given great attention to the food security file in anticipation of emergency circumstances, and has worked during the past period to strengthen the strategic reserves of basic commodities, especially wheat, in addition to ration card items such as rice, sugar, and oil.” He emphasized that “the stock is good and sufficient to meet citizens’ needs within a plan aimed at ensuring continued supply and market stability, with daily monitoring of market activity to prevent exploitation and price hikes.”

Economically, “energy sensitivity” appears to be the most prominent issue. Iraq may theoretically benefit from higher oil prices, but at the same time, it faces the risks of disruptions to export routes, shipping, and insurance, along with the accompanying pressure on internal stability and prices, especially if the war escalates to a stage where economic infrastructure or maritime routes are targeted.
What about the Strait of Hormuz?

Economist Safwan Qusay warns Al-Mada that “expanding the scope of the war in the Middle East to include economic targets and closing the Strait of Hormuz will lead to a rise in global oil prices, forcing Baghdad to confront the challenge of managing risks, not merely monitoring figures.”

Qusay believes that “Iraq needs options to mitigate the potential shock, including reaching an understanding with Saudi Arabia on arrangements to secure supplies in case some routes are disrupted, or relying on the reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq to ensure the financing of public spending for a period that may exceed six months if the crisis enters a phase of severe pressure.” Qusay goes further, discussing logistical alternatives, such as “expanding export routes towards Turkey by utilizing the Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipeline and its capacity, with the possibility of boosting exports by truck to Jordan, Kuwait, or Turkey, depending on developments in the security and trade situation.”

Warnings of a more dangerous scenario .
In this context, political analyst Mohammed Naanaa told Al-Mada that “Iraq must prepare for the repercussions and consequences of a war with Iran, especially if the war escalates or the Iranian regime loses control of the internal situation.” He warned that the most dangerous scenario is the possibility of the war leading to widespread internal disintegration, which could open the door to large waves of displacement towards the Iraqi border.

Naanaa stressed the necessity of “taking all necessary precautions to confront potential challenges and threats, including administrative and security preparedness and the management of resources and services in the provinces near the front lines.”
According to field observations, Iraqi markets remain in a phase of “anticipation and questioning” rather than an actual crisis. However, observers note that this phase could change rapidly if the war continues and expands, especially given the sensitivity of consumer sentiment towards fuel and basic commodities, and the potential for rumors to ignite excessive buying that would disrupt the market even if stocks are stable.

TRUMP: WE WILL CONTINUE FIGHTING IN IRAN AND INTEND TO TARGET ITS NEW LEADERSHIP.

US President Donald Trump confirmed on Tuesday (March 3, 2026) that other leaders in Iran were targeted, indicating that the United States had destroyed the Iranian navy and its monitoring and radar systems.

Trump told reporters at the White House that “the United States has destroyed the Iranian navy and its monitoring and radar systems,” adding that “everything has been destroyed in Iran, and the Iranian regime no longer has air defense or monitoring systems, and it must prepare for significant damage.”

He added, “Israel did not force me to attack Iran, and the opposite is true. Rather, I am the one who pushed Israel to engage in the battle,” noting that “Iran would have initiated an attack against us if we had not attacked it, and it is targeting neutral and neighboring countries.”

He continued, “Today we witnessed the targeting of other leaders in Iran, and there are people who are demanding immunity, and at some point they will lay down their weapons,” explaining that “the midnight hammer strike was important, and we have an army that is absolutely unparalleled, and from a military perspective, we have overcome Iran and we are still striking missiles and their launch systems.”

He added, “We want people who will lead Iran and return the country to the people,” noting that “today’s strike on the new leadership headquarters in Iran was powerful.”

In another context, Trump stated: “We made mistakes in Iraq, including getting rid of the army and government employees,” explaining regarding the future leadership in Iran that “the son of the former Shah might be an option, but someone from within would be more suitable to lead the country, although most of the people I saw as alternatives to the regime were killed in the strikes.”

He pointed out that “the strikes in Iran are currently widespread and it no longer has any air defense,” adding that “there is no evacuation plan for embassies because it happened very quickly.”

He noted that “Iran has been a sponsor of terrorism in the world for years and something had to be done,” stressing that “oil prices will return to lower levels by the end of this war.”
