STATUS OF THE RV
As investors waiting for the dinar to reinstate, our focus at this moment in time should all be on two topics. One is the Iranian issues and resolving them as peacefully as possible and the second one is Iraq and global trade. What will force the reinstatement if global trade and the necessity for having a rate on FOREX for investor to sell and buy. This global trade of course can’t be separated from the accession process to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and so when they talk about it, they are also meaning the connection with the WTO which will allow this massive global trade. Also keep in mind that Iraq is going to be more of a “clearing house” for the entire middle east. Yes, it plans its industrial cities too and they will generate products for interior sales and surplus for exports too. But we must not lose sight of the Customs and Tariffs revenue. So, this is all coming together nicely. As investors we just need to be patient.
😊Did you happen to listen to the commentary that automatically plays when this blog page opens? Play it a couple times over. I encourage everyone to listen carefully for the list of organizations that have been working with Iraq in all aspects of the reforms. These are professional organizations. The same ones that helped Russia through the process of their reforms after the Soviet Union fell part.They are telling us that Iraq is ready for their next step, a global rollout. Then out pops an article titled “IRAQ IS DEVELOPING PLANS TO DEVELOP ITS TRADE POLICY LOCALLY AND GLOBALLY.” The Ministry of Trade announced plans on Saturday to develop infrastructure by digitizing services to accelerate trade and reduce costs. While indicating that the next phase requires political will and economic stability to prepare Iraq for an effective partnership in the global economy, the Ministry emphasized the need to strike a balance between protecting the national economy and global openness, as well as preparing for accession to the World Trade Organization.
In past articles I presented many avenues to which Iraq can generate exports and the trillions (not billions) of dollars (not dinars) of revenue that will be generated from these exports. Remember now that Iraq is mainly an import nation. I already explained the artificial suppression of the dinar, as they do already generate an export product and it’s called “oil”, yes “black gold”. Iraq generates billions in oil revenues each month, more than enough to pay salaries and to support the payment of their imported products. So why can’t they be reinstated with a rate that is indicative of the revenues they do generate? But I won’t get into the details of this scheme again today. We see now that a major part of the money stolen from Iraq over these years has gone towards developing the Iranian nuclear program. Can you see the connection yet as to why Iran is an important issue that needs to be resolved? We all need to understand this. I am told the U.S. absolutely WILL NOT allow the reinstatement of the dinar while this Iranian situation continues. Let’s only pray this ends soon.
I was told this situation needs to be resolved in one of two ways or a bit of both:
1.change the regime in Iran
2.institute banking reforms to cut off the dollars from Iran (already seen this action mostly implemented)
Think about it. Why would the U.S. restrict currency sales, the exchange of the Iraqi dinar an sales of dollars in Iraq and then revalue the dinar and reinstate it back on FOREX. Wouldn’t this be a conflict of policy and a way Iran could get yet more dollars to support for their terrorism? Isn’t this the reason why the U.S., under G.W.Bush, petitioned the UN to strip the dinar off of the currency exchanges in the first place. THINK, THINK, THINK! We have to stop listening to many of these ignorant intel gurus who are still telling you the RV is going to happen this week or over the weekend. Folks, wake up! Yes, I want the RV too as much as you, but these stupid lies are not going to make any difference. They are just messing with you mind and then when you come back to my Newsletter and get the truth you have a conflict.
We all should realize by now that after 20 years of sanctions and now another 2.5 more years of clawing upward that this has been a scheme all along with Iraq. The U.S. administration at that time knew damn well there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq before the 2003 invasion. How did they know? There were inspections held throughout the country for over 10 years prior and they did not find any. Get it?
So, the Iranian rial may go the same fate as Iraq. I do not think the Trump administration really wants to go down the route and totally destroy all of Iranian infrastructure but it can happen if Iran decides to take that path. This is why the Iranian Rial is still showing up on QFS with a decent rate. So this is their nominal rate for the Rial, if they could stop the terrorism. If the Iranian leaders decide for peace there will have to be some checks and balances to ensure they don’t go down this nuclear weapon path again. Personally, soon I still believe there is a regime change coming and we may be calling Iran the “National Free State of Iran” or the “Democratic Republic of Iran” not the Islamic Republic of Iran. If you study history you can clearly see the danger of letting any religion run and dominate the state. We witnessed the corruption from the Christian church when it ran the state and why it only lasted a short time. Perhaps Iran and its state run Islamic Muslim doctrines are now coming to the end too. This is not to say that people shouldn’t be able to choose their own religion to follow, but not mandated and forced by the state which Iran does to its people. There are even very severe legal penalties for disobedience. We can see the consequences of a religious run state.
We must also stay focused on our daily prayers. God’s Hand is at work and it is clear now what he is doing. It gets clearer and clearer each day.

There are many interesting topics on the fight to get the budget tables over to parliament. The finance committee told the news media this could happen in July.Oh boy… haven’t we heard this before?….. You might want to take peak at the following articles on this topic titled “MP SUES GOVERNMENT OVER DELAY IN SENDING BUDGET TABLES TO PARLIAMENT” and “THREE REASONS IDENTIFIED…THE PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE COMMITTEE RULES OUT SENDING BUDGET TABLES TO PARLIAMENT”.
So, in attempting to understand this budget dilemma, they have now told us officially what the reasons are for the delay. Hussein Mounes, a member of the Iraqi Parliament’s Finance Committee, told us that there are several reasons for the government’s exclusion from sending the federal budget schedules to parliament:
1.most notably the financial deficit,
2.unstable financial revenues,
3.the lack of a real economic vision, and
4.the approaching date of the legislative elections,
It is easy understand the first two reasons however the last two are all political. Why is the budget so important? Really now its not so important for our purposes of the RV. If anything having the budget come out on time will add to the needed stability of Iraq in the eyes of the IMF and the World Bank.
What can we as investors do right now?

These prophecies are more important now more than ever. They give us the strength, perseverance and hope that a better time is coming and that God’s Hand is at work behind the scenes. If you just take a second even to look around you at these past three election cycles, how can you deny that God is at work? Are you sleeping or what?

But the real reason why I listen to them is that we can actually see what God says He will do is taking place right in front of our noses. It is a confirmation to me that God is real and is still with us forever just as in biblical times.

How do these people know these things? Is it God speaking to them of the future?
How is all these prophecies related to the IQD revaluation?
First I need to add that God has given multiple prophecies already about the IQD revaluation and His form of the global reset. In each He specifically talks about Iran, Iraq and Southern Asia (Vietnam).
With the prophecies, unlike the RV saga, we hardly ever get a firm timeline, but we must stay faithful and know that God will be faithful to us and provide what he promises to his prophets and promises to us. Like the clean out of SCOTUS now coming about so will the RV.
Remember that, like us listening to these prophecies, the dark side also listens to them and constructs obstacles in an attempt to overcome them and stop them. This is intentional and we will soon learn of the truths behind why the RV was halted in 2012, besides what we already know. There were some very dark elements involved.
We know the RV of the IQD is unstoppable but it can be delayed and was delayed by these dark elements in 2012. I firmly believe this is what happened in 2012 when the CBI has an “unprecedented opportunity”, according to Dr Shabibi in his 2015 interview before his passing, to get the Iraqi dinar back online in the foreign currency exchanges.
I have been trying to explain to everyone many time already that this is when the criteria all changed under the Obama administration, thus we sit for another 13 years waiting for Iraq to meet this new stringent criterion. They did this in a well-orchestrated, corrupt plan to hold it up, but only after these corrupt U.S. politicians exchanged their dinar and no longer cared about Iraq.
Folks it has been 13 years since! Are we now also approaching the other 2 prophecies by Kim Clement telling of the wealth transfer, the reset and the coming PEACE in the middle east. I have presented these prophecies to you also many times in the past. These are all connected together. All the signs show that this may very well be the time now for Iraq.
But today the prophecy we are looking at is about SCOTUS and the judges stepping down will also have huge implications on many things. Also, the impact on Federal and district court judges. Let’s just sit back and watch it all play out, knowing that God’s Hand is at work.

As a Christian, praying the rosaries for me is my way to pray and has had a significant impact on my life and focus during this Easter season and throughout the year. I find it is good to remember the Stations of the Cross during lent and what our savior did for us. In know many of you may not be Catholics or even Christians but try to take a different approach this Easter. Try to see what all the fuss is about Christ. Put yourself in Christ shoes (or should I say sandals) as an ordinary person in today’s world. You can quickly see that the nature of man has not changed very much and if Christ were born today, many would probably try to crucify him. Have we not learned anything?
We all know something has gone terribly wrong with our nation. A supernatural battle is taking place to determine the fate of America. In just twelve minutes a day you help bring forth a divine intervention to save our country using this book. Let us not forget to fast, meditate and pray for the salvation of America. THREE REASONS IDENTIFIED…THE PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE COMMITTEE RULES OUT SENDING BUDGET TABLES TO PARLIAMENT
Hussein Mounes, a member of the Iraqi Parliament’s Finance Committee, ruled out on Saturday the government’s submission of the federal budget schedules, while reviewing the main reasons for this move.
“There are several reasons for the government’s exclusion from sending the federal budget schedules to parliament:
1.most notably the financial deficit,
2.unstable financial revenues,
3.the lack of a real economic vision, and
4.the approaching date of the legislative elections,
Mounes told Shafaq News Agency.
He added, “The large deficit in the budget law amounts to 80 trillion dinars, which puts the government in a difficult position due to the lack of a real economic vision for completing the budget tables and submitting them to Parliament.”
Parliamentary Finance Committee member Moeen Al-Kadhimi previously indicated that the budget schedules would likely reach parliament in early July.
Al-Kadhimi told Shafaq News Agency at the time that the Ministry of Finance had completed its observations on the budget law’s schedules and submitted them to the Council of Ministers to express the government’s opinion on the nature of the budget and the total amount compared to last year, in light of the decline in revenues achieved during the current year.
Al-Kadhimi explained that the Ministry of Finance is preparing the final schedules for the budget law after receiving the government’s response to the submitted comments. He noted that the draft 2025 budget law is expected to be referred to the House of Representatives early next month after its approval by the Council of Ministers .
The delay in approving the 2025 federal budget in Iraq threatens financial stability, service and development projects, the disbursement of salaries and benefits, and other repercussions that directly impact the daily lives of Iraqi families, according to observers .
Observers believe the budget has become a “political tool” during election seasons, used as a means of pressure and bargaining between blocs, without regard for the impact of these procrastinations, which have continued for more than half a year .
Legal experts also believe that delaying the disbursement of financial allocations stipulated in the budget law constitutes a form of administrative corruption and opens the way for lawsuits to be filed against entities obstructing the implementation of the law .

Member of Parliament Hadi Al-Salami revealed on Monday that a lawsuit has been filed against the government for not submitting the 2025 budget schedules to Parliament.
Al-Salami said in a video that “the government violated Article 62 of the Constitution, Financial Management Law No. 6 of 2019, and Budget Law No. 23 of 2023,” noting that “these violations negatively impacted the lives of citizens.”

Ministry of Trade spokesman Mohammed Hanoun said, “The Ministry of Trade’s plans to develop Iraq’s trade policy include updating the legal and legislative framework by reviewing existing trade laws to comply with the requirements for accession to the World Trade Organization, such as the Consumer Protection Law, the Competition Law, and the Anti-Dumping and Subsidy Law, and enacting new laws regulating intellectual property, e-commerce, and data protection, which are requirements of a modern market environment.”
He pointed out that “the Ministry has adopted a more open and diversified trade policy by restructuring its trade policy to ensure a balance between protecting national products and opening up to international markets, expanding bilateral and multilateral trade partnerships, particularly with Arab countries, neighboring countries, and European and Asian markets, in addition to simplifying foreign trade procedures and reducing non-tariff barriers to facilitate the entry and exit of goods and services.”
Hanoun pointed to “supporting and developing the private sector by enabling it to become a true partner in commercial activity by providing export incentives, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises capable of entering foreign markets, and qualifying local industries to compete regionally and internationally.”
He explained that “developing the trade infrastructure by digitizing commercial services (such as company registration, issuing certificates of origin, and commercial contracts), developing the international exhibition system, activating the role of the General Company for Exhibitions to support the promotion of Iraqi products, and improving the performance of ports and border crossings in coordination with other entities to accelerate trade flow and reduce costs.”
He added, “The development plans also include joining the World Trade Organization (WTO), resuming technical negotiations with the organization by updating the Iraqi accession file (which was frozen for long periods), and submitting offers on customs tariffs and market services, in accordance with the organization’s requirements, in addition to building the capacity of technical cadres in the Ministry of Trade and related institutions to enable Iraq to negotiate efficiently, while coordinating with other ministries to prepare the economic and administrative environment in line with WTO standards.”
He explained that “the plans also include transparency and business governance by enhancing the principle of transparency in commercial data through the regular publication of reports, prices, and indicators, and combating corruption and monopoly in the local market by activating regulatory bodies and implementing competition laws.”
He continued, “We seek to achieve a balance between protecting the national economy and global openness, with a focus on preparing Iraq to join the World Trade Organization through legislative and institutional reforms, empowering the private sector, and developing the trade and services environment.” He noted that “the next phase requires political will, economic stability, and comprehensive national coordination to qualify Iraq to be an effective partner in the global economy.”

IRANIAN SUPREME LEADER ALI KHAMENEI HAS BEGUN IMPLEMENTING EMERGENCY SUCCESSION MEASURES IN RESPONSE TO ESCALATING ISRAELI STRIKES
Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has begun implementing emergency succession measures in response to escalating Israeli strikes and the potential for US military involvement. Unspecified Iranian sources told the New York Times on June 21 that Khamenei has relocated to a secure bunker, suspended digital communications, and now communicates with senior commanders only through a trusted aide. Sources added that Khamenei named three senior clerics as candidates to replace him if he is killed. Khamanei also reportedly named replacements for top military commanders and ordered senior officials to work from underground offices and avoid using cellphones.
These steps mark the first reported instance of Khamenei directly selecting potential successors outside the formal process of the Assembly of Experts. Khamenei likely took these steps amid heightened assassination fears, as some Israeli officials, including Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, have openly threatened Khamenei’s life. Two unspecified US officials told Reuters on June 15 that the US President Donald Trump vetoed an Israeli plan to kill Khamenei, however. Trump separately stated on June 17 that the United States knows “exactly where the so-called ‘Supreme Leader’ is hiding” but would not “take him out, at least not for now.”

AL-HUSSEINI: WASHINGTON IS BESIEGING IRAQ ECONOMICALLY FOR KNOWN POLITICAL GOALS.

The U.S. is part of the problem since it has held back the necessary currency reform and reinstatement of the dinar, which is needed to really bolster and move Iraq globally. Iraq needs to get of the sole peg of the dollar and we can see how it is holding them back in this rentier economy.)
Member of Parliament Yasser al-Husseini accused the United States on Sunday of continuing to impose an undeclared economic blockade on Iraq for what he described as well-known political reasons.
Al-Husseini told Al-Maalouma News Agency, “The United States continues to create crises within Iraq, while the central government submits to the American blackmail policy, which aims to achieve clear political and economic gains.”
He added, “The government has failed to manage the economy, relying almost entirely on oil revenues and failing to revitalize the agricultural and industrial sectors. Various initiatives have also failed to provide radical solutions to the economic crises facing the country.” (This is simply NOT TRUE!)
Al-Husseini explained that “Washington is using the dollar as a tool of pressure to weaken the Iraqi economy, which constitutes an undeclared economic blockade that has affected various sectors.” He noted that “America’s policy toward Iraq only its own interests, while the government remains unable to take a clear position that protects national autonomy.” (This is soooo TRUE!)
Concluding his remarks, he stressed that “the US administration is exerting continuous pressure on the Iraqi government, with the aim of obstructing it from achieving any real accomplishments that meet the aspirations of the Iraqi people.”
(Yes, it could not get any clearer what the U.S. is doing to Iraq. Is this going to change under the Trump administration. So far it has not, but that may be because of the issue with Iran.)

Elections are full of surprises.
Sheikh Aws al-Khafaji, a prominent cleric and commander of the Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas forces, said that the balance of power created by the war will prevent Iran from interfering in the selection of the next Iraqi prime minister. He believes that the upcoming elections will bring significant change, but not in the manner of Faiq al-Sheikh Ali!

After the balance of power has changed and after this war ends peacefully and safely for our brothers in the Islamic Republic, Iran will not have a hand in choosing the next Iraqi prime minister.
The factions are seeking to exploit the events for electoral purposes, and their weak position indicates a major crisis within them. Now, influential Iraqi politicians are sending messages through intermediaries to the United States to clarify their disregard for the ongoing military escalation. Their pockets are laden with money, and capital is cowardly.
The war will cast a shadow over the political situation in Iraq, even if elections are held – and I expect they won’t. However, if they are held, the aging parties will suffer a political defeat, and the landscape will change, but democratically, not in the manner of Faiq Sheikh Ali. These parties have already begun to move to exploit Iran’s resilience and the sympathy of Iraqis for it to entrench themselves in the streets electorally.
Nevertheless, the ruling parties will not disappear; rather, they will weaken significantly.
Iraq’s involvement in the war alongside Iran will threaten the political system.
The trial of the killers of the October Revolution is approaching, and God willing, they will be put in prison.

THE FACTIONS ARE THINKING BEYOND EMOTIONS AND GIVING WASHINGTON A SECOND CHANCE BEFORE RESPONDING!
Political ambition hinders the movement of armed groups to assist Tehran.
More than 48 hours have passed since the attacks on the Iranian reactors, and Tehran has not responded to the United States, nor have the Iraqi factions taken action as they had threatened.
Yesterday, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani warned of escalation in the region and condemned the violation of Iraqi airspace.
This came during a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which addressed the latest regional and international developments, according to a statement from al-Sudani’s office.
According to the statement, al-Sudani pointed to “Iraq’s clear rejection of the Zionist aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the dangerous escalation represented by the US bombing of nuclear facilities, in addition to Iraq’s condemnation of the violation of its airspace by US and Zionist aircraft.”
For his part, Putin stressed during the call “the importance of ending the escalation, assuring the Prime Minister of his special efforts in this regard.” He also praised “the efforts of the Iraqi government, which is working to prevent the expansion of the war, and expressed his rejection of any infringement on Iraq’s airspace and sovereignty.”
Baghdad had condemned the US attack on Iranian nuclear facilities last Sunday morning and called for “calm.”
Tehran threatened to close the Strait of Hormuz in response to the US attacks, considering all US citizens and US interests a legitimate target.
Meanwhile, attention in Iraq turned to the factions calling themselves the “Iraqi resistance,” awaiting a response, as previously threatened, but so far they have remained silent.
Postponing the clash

Al-Jazairi asserted that the factions do not want to be dragged into Israel’s wake, “They want a comprehensive war with everyone’s participation.” He also emphasized that “the factions are ready and awaiting the signal of the Iranian Supreme Leader.”
Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq had previously threatened the United States against participating in any “aggression” alongside Israel against Iran, or targeting Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
Awaiting the Supreme Leader, a leader in Harakat al-Nujaba said that the factions’ response to Iran requires “accurate calculations, not emotional ones.”
“The intense pressure on the Islamic Republic and its allies from the American ogre does not mean we should surrender,” said Mahdi al-Kaabi, a leader in the movement. “We have been allies of Iran, past and present, and we will remain so.”
Regarding the factions’ actions, Al-Kaabi said in a television interview that “calculations must be precise and unemotional, because preserving the Islamic Republic is a religious duty, and Iraq has higher interests that must be preserved.
” Al-Kaabi revealed that responding to the US “is up to the Iranian leadership, whether in Ain al-Assad, Harir, or the bases in Jordan and the Gulf, as they are all within range of Iranian missiles. The Americans are fearful in Congress, and they say that there are 40,000 American prisoners at the mercy of Iranian fire.”
Last Sunday, Washington began evacuating an additional number of its employees in Iraq, following the attack on the “three reactors.” A US embassy spokesperson said in press statements that “additional employees have left Iraq, due to escalating regional tensions.” He added that the US State Department continues to monitor the security situation in Iraq, stressing that the US Embassy and Consulate General are open and operating as usual. Observers and Western press reports have expected that Iran will attack military bases in Iraq and the Gulf in retaliation for the recent US strike.
An Opportunity for Diplomacy
For his part, Ihsan Al-Shammari, a professor of strategic and international politics at the University of Baghdad, believes that Iran is still waiting for “diplomatic solutions,” and that “political calculations” are behind the “factions'” delay in responding. Al-Shammari told Al-Mada: “I expect Iran to not respond to America, because it is still counting on a margin of diplomacy led by the European Troika and the Gulf Trio (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman), to reach a settlement or deal through which Iran will not lose its political system and will maintain—at least—some elements of power.”
He added: “If Iran reaches a settlement with America on the remaining issues, given that the Iranian nuclear file has been neutralized, Israel, which is an ally of Washington, can end the current state of war.” Yesterday, US President Donald Trump questioned the possibility of regime change in Iran after the recent reactor attacks.
Trump said in a post on his platform (Truth Social): “If the current Iranian regime is not capable of making Iran great again, why not have a regime change?”
(Yes, I think a regime change is coming under Trump. He is just going through the motions letting Iran make his decisions for him on his next steps. Iran can go any way and has choices too.)
Provoking America
On the other hand, Al-Shammari, who also heads the Center for Political Thinking, says, “What is driving Iraqi factions to refrain from taking action against the United States is the fear of provoking America, as this would lead to a devastating strike against Iran, in accordance with pre-established objectives by Washington.”
The center’s head also believes that these factions have apparently begun to view this war with “political considerations rather than field and ideological considerations,” because they realize that engaging in a confrontation or targeting America would cost them their political weight and completely lose the political equation.
Therefore, according to Al-Shammari, the factions have begun to view an American targeting as “similar to suicide or embarking on a fateful confrontation, not only on the field level, but also in terms of their political weight and presence.”
These “factions,” which are often referred to as three or four armed groups, are supposed to have been involved in a “truce” agreement for more than seven months. The government, several months ago, announced political dialogues with these factions, the results of which have yet to be announced.
Al-Shammari says, “The factions’ movement is not linked to the government, but rather to the Shiite political rule represented by the Coordination Framework. The framework has now reached an agreement that the factions must not get involved in the Iranian response to Israel or America, because that would put an end to their political equation.”
He continued, “The government is undoubtedly part of the political environment of the Coordination Framework and is aware of the magnitude of the risks that the participation of these factions could cause, and its repercussions on the political, security, and even economic situation. That is why it has engaged in dialogue, but I imagine that the decision rests with the framework itself.
” Critical Scenarios
Despite this, Al-Shammari discusses other scenarios in which the factions could enter the war. He says, “If this war escalates and reaches the point of planning to target religious figures represented by the Iranian Supreme Leader and to topple the Iranian regime, then I imagine the factions will get involved in this war. This is the critical moment, and therefore Iraq will be facing a pivotal moment and a moment of major transformation.”
The political researcher also expects that “a unilateral decision by one of the armed factions to target the American presence—given that they had issued statements indicating that they would engage in this war if America joined—would represent a critical situation and the end of the fragile agreement between the factions and the framework.”
Another point Al-Shammari pointed out among the “critical scenarios” is that “Israel may target the factions, even though they are currently inactive. However, the Israeli narrative still places Iraq within the targeting circles of Iran’s proxies, and this will have repercussions.”
